WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY MESSED UP MY CREDIT
I leased a vehicle in June 2019. The first payment I made was at the dealership, all other payments after I have made on time every month thru Honda financial services online. THE DEALERSHIP did not turn in the paper work on time! In fact, when I came in to make my first payment they had me sign three more documents that they forgot to give me on the day of leasing. In addition, they renewed my 30 day tags so I had my temp tags for two months which was a result of them turning everything in late and not obtaining my perm tags within the first 30 days.
Since then I have called Honda Financial countless times trying to get this whole thing corrected because they claim that I have not submitted my monthly payments and that my first month was never made.
I had Honda Financial call the dealership so they could verify I made the first month at their dealership and THE DEALERSHIP TOLD THEM I NEVER MADE THAT FIRST PAYMENT WITH THEM!! I have bank statements to prove it!! I am livid because I keep calling and everyone says they will call me back and no one is helping me or trying to fix anything!!
DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THIS SPECIFIC DEALERSHIP ALL THEIR SYSTEMS ARE OUTDATED AND THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT AND NOT TRY TO ACTUAL HELP YOU JUST TRANSFER YOU AROUND.
