The car was great but when there were issues at the end of the lease, the managers would NOT even return our calls. We had the car in twice for the same safety recall, both times for multiple days, each time they didn't have the part. The second time they called us in and still no part. The safety recall was never completed. If you have issues with sales and management that need resolution, go to another dealer to get your car. This dealer is does not work with their clients. Think twice before you go here.

He educated me about each car, and helped me to make an informed decision. I truly felt comfortable asking questions and ultimately making a decision to purchase my a4. Our salesman, Mark Natter, was very professional and knowledgeable, and even called a week later to see how everything was going. We intend to return when it is time for our next car and would highly recommend both the dealership and Mark.

The worst customer service experience I've ever ha...

The worst customer service experience I've ever had at a car dealer.

Made an appointment for a pickup up to get my car from service the next morning. No one ever showed after calling the dealership 5 times over 20 minutes when no one answered the phone finally got connected to a service advisor that said the shuttle is out now you'll have to wait. I told them they were already almost an hour late, he said I'll see what I can do to get the shuttle to you. Almost 30 minutes later the shuttle showed up.

I got an explanation for the lack of phone availability it was "We had a new phone system put in over 4 weeks ago and it doesn't work correctly!" 4 weeks of impossible phone connections from customers, amazing the phone vendor wasn't made to sit in the building and make it work.

There seems to be a lack of focus on taking care of customers, Very, very bad experience.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, so initially I was very skeptical and nervous walking in. Wade Pollard greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My experience with Wade was above and beyond my expectations. Firstly, he is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to Audi s. Any car I pointed out, he knew almost every feature about the vehicle! He was very patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I had no questions left by the end of my visit. He showed me several cars within my price range. He never tried to talk me into a car I couldn t afford, which was my biggest concern. It made me feel like he truly cared about finding me a vehicle that best fits my needs! He listened, and was very transparent about costs, features, and which vehicles he thought would be right for me regarding my preferences. When I finally did decide on a vehicle, Wade worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible. I decided on a 2016 A3, and I couldn t be more satisfied! He even called me after my visit to make sure I had a great experience, and asked if there was anything I might need. He certainly went above and beyond to make me feel like a very valuable customer. I have recommended Wade specifically to family and friends in the market. If it weren t for Wade, I probably wouldn t be driving the best car I ve ever owned! Thank you SO much, Hoffman Audi of EH, and especially thank you Wade Pollard! I will definitely be a lifelong customer thanks to Wade. If you re interested in a car, I HIGHLY recommend going to see him!

Very friendly and trustworthy. I had an oil change and break flush. Shuttle took me back to my office and picked me up again when the car was ready. Did a great job cleaning the inside of my car, removing all the dirt and salt from the winter.

From the initial contact with Dani Sayegh, to the test drive with Brandon Chin, I knew I was dealing with true professionals. Throughout the process of exploring the Audi, they treated me like any new car buyer would want to be treated, with respect and fairness. They took the extra time and effort to help me figure out what car was right for me and for that I am extremely appreciative. I'm so upset. I would never think I would be stole...

I'm so upset. I would never think I would be stolen from at Audi. I brought in my car for an airbag recall. I was pleasantly surprised they didnt try to upsell me any services although I was prepared to pay for whatever the car needed. I'll never go back here. Someone stole my $300 prescription sunglasses from a somewhat hidden compartment under the drivers seat. When I called to report it I was told they "dont have a theft problem. " Ummmm, they do now clearly. Then he said they," are not responsible for stolen items" and to call the cops, so I did. I'm just shocked their staff would steal from me and they are hardly compassionate that it happened.
I had their loaner for the day that was so nice I was thinking of upgrading, but no way.

I'd like to compliment Stacey on her superlative sales assistance while trading in my beloved 2014 A6 Prestige for a newly ordered 2017 Q7 Prestige (needed more elbow room). She is a true professional. It was a pleasure to work with someone thoroughly trained on and knowledgeable about this new, complex model full of all the latest technology. My questions were answered succinctly and accurately, which made for a fast and efficient process. I'd also like to thank Drew for a quick and easy financial process finalizing the deal. Picked up my A5 Cab in late July. Now I battle my wife and daughter everyday for the opportunity to drive it. Surprising giddy-up and a classic look that turns heads. The best part was the easy and seamless buying experience. After experiencing the endless "I will be right back, I have to speak with my Sales Manager" treatment of so many other car dealers, Stacey and the team at Hoffman Audi made the buying experience simple. Very refreshing. Less time in the dealership, more time with the top down, wind blowing through my hair. I win!

If I could have zero stars I would. I bought my car here and since then they want nothing to do with me. My IOUs were a hassle to them even though they promised them. They had no car for me to use when they were completed. I paid $3,000 for an extended warranty because they said I could just bring the car and they would give me and audi loaner and fix my car in their audi service department. When I went in today because my car was broken, the man in the service department literally told me he was busy and that their computers couldn't look up what my computer codes where saying because it was a Buick! That bologna! I will never go here or recommend this company, I don't care how awesome their waiting room is!

Service manager was unprofessional, they completely dismissed the issue with my car when dropping off. Told me they would call when they found out what issue was, never heard anything called multiple times over the course of a few hours, no answer, left messages no response. Manager told me I was calling wrong number which was not the case at all. Stay clear of this dealership, horrible experience.

Having my daughters with us and showing them the process of purchasing a car. This satisfaction, I would say could be generational as they saw the great side of buying a car from Hoffman Audi.

We purchased our Q5 about two weeks back from Audi of Hoffman. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the doors. We were greeted by our salesman, John Gomes, who was absolutely wonderful. Our test drive sold us on the vehicle and we ended up purchasing it a few days later. John was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to walk us through all of the features during the test drive. We didn't feel rushed or hassled at all to make a decision. The sales manager, Pete, also was fantastic during this experience with matching a quote from another dealership. The finance department made the pickup experience seamless as well. We will be purchasing another Audi this coming summer for my husband we will definitely be returning customers. Overall a wonderful and positive experience.

Excellent service! The Service Team provided a detailed list of the work to be performed along with an accurate estimate. They estimated when the car would be done and kept me informed through texts and phone calls. The car was ready on time and was washed and vacuumed. I will definitely continue to do business with Hoffman in the future.

I scheduled a service appointment at Hoffman in order to address both a safety recall and warranty repair, several weeks in advance. Despite their advertisement of a loaner vehicle during this service (so I could attend to a child's doctor's appointment), it was not available when I arrived, nor would there be an availability for another 3 weeks. No attempt to make this right (such as a loaner from one of the neighboring brands under the Hoffman umbrella) or even an apology was made.
This was the last straw with Hoffman after previous experiences with massive overcharges for simple oil and tires changes, and not finding worn brake pads and suspension misalignments during their inspections. Either high prices or substandard service might have been okay, but in combination are completely unacceptable. I will be using Roggi's and The European Car exclusively in this area to service my Audis from here on out, both of whom suffer neither defect.

I'd like to let everyone know that I have been a Hoffman customer for 10 years. I keep coming back because of their excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan when I came in looking to lease an Audi-he took the time to explain the different models and listened to exactly what I wanted. I love my car! It's perfect! On delivery day, he took the time to make sure I understood all the functions of my new car, and couldn't be more thorough and accommodating. Very professional and an excellent consultant. Also, had a great experience with James Aiello, both are very pleasant and easy to work with.

I wanted to test drive a new model because I had a A4 previously. Adrian took me for a test drive in a new A4. I soon realized that I might prefer the smaller A3. Without hesitation, Adrian sent me a link to a car that he would recommend. I came in, test drove it and within the week I was driving it home. The purchase was so easy, and I feel so confident in my purchase. Its a wonderful feeling!

Prolly won t end up coming back here. Customer service was good, I got a coupon on the mail for $150 dollars off a part from Audi, I needed to get a new key for my Audi so I order one cost me $420 dollars for the key, and a key is a part to the car. Also cost me $150 to program the key to the car. So when I brought the coupon to Customer service desk the young fella that help me out was very nice guy and ask his manager. That manager said he had to go down to the parts and ask that manager about the coupon. (No where on the coupon did it say a Audi key wasn t consider a part) So then we walked down to the parts department where he called the manager over I forget his name off the top of my head. But he was very rude. Came up Looked at the coupon and said we don t take this for the key you purchase. And threw it and walked away. I was very upset about that. After spending over $700 dollars there and being AUDI I would of thought the management or support team would of been a lot better then that.

I am older, so I have been subjected to many years...

I am older, so I have been subjected to many years of the slimy male salesman assuming I'm the ignorant "little lady" whose husband or father is really buying the car. I am a serious driver, who used to do all my own work on engines before catalytic converters, am the primary wage earner for my family, and have a Ph.D. so I'm no dummy. To be able to work on a purchase with Stacey Violette, especially via email while I was too busy to drive the hour south to the dealership, was a dream. We negotiated all details and exchanged the necessary paperwork via the web before I came in for the first test drive. She was terrific the entire time--just the right tone of helpfulness and respect without obsequiousness, a similar enthusiasm for driving, patience when I had to delay the process, minimal resistance to my low offer, and willingness to go the extra mile getting my snow tires switched on to the new car, picking me up at VW on her day off, and so forth. I actually enjoyed the experience--a FIRST! I've already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so. I look forward to the end of the lease in three years so that I can work with her again. I hope she is still at Hoffman then!

My wife and I just purchased a Q7 from Hoffman / Brandon Chin. This is our third Audi and we continue to love the brand and the quality. From the start Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Audi as a company and about the features of the vehicles. What we appreciated was his attention to the customer. He had a sense of urgency and was very responsive to our needs. At no time during the process did we feel that we were being pressured to make a decision. I've called 20 times in a row to set up an appointment for my car and not once did anyone ever pick up. I called them around 4pm too when the site says they're open till 8pm. Not one answer. Finally said screw it and brought my business elsewhere. Awful.

DO NOT TRUST HOFFMAN AUDI!

I took my 2011 Audi A4 2.0T to Hoffman Audi for service, because of a multiple cylinder misfire in the engine. Hoffman repaired the damage to the engine at a cost of over $4,300.

About one month later, while driving the car back home from a trip to Vermont, there was another multiple cylinder misfire in the engine. I stopped at an Audi dealer in Massachusetts and called Hoffman Audi.

Hoffman Audi refused to help. It said it would only look at the car if I arranged, at my cost, to have the car brought to them on a wrecker.

I decided to have the Massachusetts Audi dealer service the car, instead. The technician who looked at it couldn t understand why Hoffman Audi had neglected to change the timing chain and tensioner when it repaired the damage to the engine after the first multiple cylinder misfire. In other words, Hoffman Audi had repaired the damage to the engine without fixing the problem that had caused it, which doomed it to another failure.

One time there was Hoffman Saab in East Hartford but instead Hoffman Lincoln is now at Hoffman auto group in East Hartford. Lincoln was with Gengras auto group in East Hartford.

Can I give zero star? I would like to share my story. I was driving from NJ to CT in August. A sudden low pressure alert in right front tire popped up. I called Hoffman Audi whether I could get a check. They said probably something got pin-in. I went in. My car was done in 5 mins. I asked what was the reason. They said "due to cold weather." Hey... it was in August... Now I am thinking back.. I am sure they did not inspect my car, but just put air in. Since then, keep having low pressure alert in right front tire. I went there once in August, twice in September, once in October and once in November. SAMETHING WAS TOLD... DUE TO COLD WEATHER. The weather was above 60F. I went in two weeks ago due to the same issue. I told them please do not tell due to cold weather because it doesn't make any sense having only one particular tire with low pressure since August. They first asked me to pay for the service because I didn't buy my car from there. I told them I have Revolution Bundle protection plan which it fully covers tire change. The service consultant said "but you didn't buy from here." Then, they refused to service my car because I didn't buy my car them.. hahaha
I called Audi USA to get a help. AUDI USA Representative called Hoffman Audi. A female worker forgot to put on hold. She said "hey! This is a call from Audi! " The same service consultant said "why? On Saturday morning?" She said "I do not know. But it is Audi. You need to answer the call." He spoke with Rep. He (whom refused to service my car and asked for $$) said "I didn't refuse. She declined to get service. I will happily to check her car." THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG and UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I have Revolution Bundle Plan which covers tire change without charge. YOU WANT TO CHECK MY CAR ONCE AUDI USA GOT INVOLVED? IF I HADN'T CONTACT AUDI USA, YOU WOULD NOT CHECK MY CAR AT ALL UNLESS I PAY FOR THE SERVICE.

** I drove down to NJ to get service, where I got my car. They found nail stuck on right front tire and side damage on right front tire which causing low pressure (Question to Hoffman: how come you couldn't detect these if you truly did expecting when I was in August, September, October and November?) I am getting tire replacement now. Also, financial consultant here said the bundle protection I have purchased is covered by Audi worldwide, not only in USA.

The salesman/service advisor was slick and I let my guard down. This certainly isn t the best time for any of us, but who would have thought you needed to worry about being taken advantage of at your local Audi dealership.

I had the pleasure of working with Stacey Violette at the East Hartford Audi. Stacey took me on test drives at Hoffman Lexus and Audi and then took the time to take me all the way out to the Avon area Hoffman dealerships for test drives there. I finally found the car I wanted at Hoffman Honda, so Stacey brought the car from Avon to East Hartford and I am extremely happy with it and the service I received. Everyone from Sales to Finance were courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend all the Hoffman dealerships from now on.

bought a 2019 VW here last august. everything was great and seemed fine until just recently. discovered that i was lied to about my vehicle never having any work done to it/involved in any accidents. i was sold a vehicle with a cracked headlight under the hood that s now letting moisture in. when i asked at the time of purchase they lied and said it had never been in an accident/had any work done to it, but body shop tape hidden inside the hood states otherwise, along with the place i had the headlight inspected at. called to see if they would back me up and help cover the $1300 for a new headlight/installation but then was accused of being a liar! the sales manager says he would have never sold a car with this big a safety issue, but he sold me one! buyer beware! not only is this a safety issue it just shows they do not care about customer satisfaction/retention, and are willing to accuse their customers. maybe if i take them to small claims court they will finally learn their lesson. unbelievable!

Ron Palladino reached out to me with options on my current Audi lease prior to it's expiration. The deal was excellent and we did most of our communication through email, which could not be more convenient for me. By the time we came in for a test drive, the deal was essentially done and we drove away in a new Audi a couple hours later. The entire process was easy and satisfying. Ron was engaging and informative, I would highly recommend him and the folks at Hoffman.

Terrence Hubbard is the man to see when you enter Hoffman Audi in East Hartford. After researching and visiting other dealerships, we made an appointment to test drive a 2015 Q3 with a Hoffman representative - NOT Terrence. When we arrived for the test drive, we were initially informed that there were no Q3's available. We were frustrated and wanted to leave the dealership and not return. Terrence approached us and was professional, courteous, and calmly handled the situation getting a Q3 to look at immediately. We test drove the vehicle and Terrence was very knowledgeable and informative which lead to our purchase of the car. He kept us updated throughout the entire process of the car's travel from Germany to the dealership. Terrence test drove the car to ensure that everything was working properly and the car was given a full detail previous to our arrival. Excellent professional, courteous staff but repair...

Excellent professional, courteous staff but repair delayed waiting for a part for my A4. Good thing we had a loaner.

But driving out low tire pressure light came on. At home found all 4 tires only had 30 psi and I inflated all to 36 and stored in computer; should have been done by mechanic who did inspection.

Recently purchased my Audi Q5 through Stacey Violette at Hoffman Audio in E Hartford. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. This is not my home dealer, I wish it was. Towed in from highway. Athena was my service advisor -
Could not have been more friendly, courteous and respectful of my time and circumstances. Took my Q7 right away, let me know about warranty and was able to provide transport to and from my meetings.
Although initial diagnosis was not found, still worked with me after I had the car towed to a different dealer.
I would highly recommend and will use them whenever I am traveling in the area.
