Ron Palladino reached out to me with options on my current Audi lease prior to it's expiration. The deal was excellent and we did most of our communication through email, which could not be more convenient for me. By the time we came in for a test drive, the deal was essentially done and we drove away in a new Audi a couple hours later. The entire process was easy and satisfying.
