I'd like to compliment Stacey on her superlative sales assistance while trading in my beloved 2014 A6 Prestige for a newly ordered 2017 Q7 Prestige (needed more elbow room). She is a true professional. It was a pleasure to work with someone thoroughly trained on and knowledgeable about this new, complex model full of all the latest technology. My questions were answered succinctly and accurately, which made for a fast and efficient process. I'd also like to thank Drew for a quick and easy financial process finalizing the deal.
