Prolly won t end up coming back here. Customer service was good, I got a coupon on the mail for $150 dollars off a part from Audi, I needed to get a new key for my Audi so I order one cost me $420 dollars for the key, and a key is a part to the car. Also cost me $150 to program the key to the car. So when I brought the coupon to Customer service desk the young fella that help me out was very nice guy and ask his manager. That manager said he had to go down to the parts and ask that manager about the coupon. (No where on the coupon did it say a Audi key wasn t consider a part) So then we walked down to the parts department where he called the manager over I forget his name off the top of my head. But he was very rude. Came up Looked at the coupon and said we don t take this for the key you purchase. And threw it and walked away. I was very upset about that. After spending over $700 dollars there and being AUDI I would of thought the management or support team would of been a lot better then that.
