While having a routine service done I was sold a service contract I did not intend to buy and now they refuse to cancel it and refund my money. The salesman/service advisor was slick and I let my guard down. This certainly isn t the best time for any of us, but who would have thought you needed to worry about being taken advantage of at your local Audi dealership.
