This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, so initially I was very skeptical and nervous walking in. Wade Pollard greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My experience with Wade was above and beyond my expectations. Firstly, he is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to Audi s. Any car I pointed out, he knew almost every feature about the vehicle! He was very patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I had no questions left by the end of my visit. He showed me several cars within my price range. He never tried to talk me into a car I couldn t afford, which was my biggest concern. It made me feel like he truly cared about finding me a vehicle that best fits my needs! He listened, and was very transparent about costs, features, and which vehicles he thought would be right for me regarding my preferences. When I finally did decide on a vehicle, Wade worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible. I decided on a 2016 A3, and I couldn t be more satisfied! He even called me after my visit to make sure I had a great experience, and asked if there was anything I might need. He certainly went above and beyond to make me feel like a very valuable customer. I have recommended Wade specifically to family and friends in the market. If it weren t for Wade, I probably wouldn t be driving the best car I ve ever owned!
