My wife and I just purchased a Q7 from Hoffman / Brandon Chin. This is our third Audi and we continue to love the brand and the quality. From the start Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Audi as a company and about the features of the vehicles. What we appreciated was his attention to the customer. He had a sense of urgency and was very responsive to our needs. At no time during the process did we feel that we were being pressured to make a decision.
