The worst customer service experience I've ever had at a car dealer.

Made an appointment for a pickup up to get my car from service the next morning. No one ever showed after calling the dealership 5 times over 20 minutes when no one answered the phone finally got connected to a service advisor that said the shuttle is out now you'll have to wait. I told them they were already almost an hour late, he said I'll see what I can do to get the shuttle to you. Almost 30 minutes later the shuttle showed up.

I got an explanation for the lack of phone availability it was "We had a new phone system put in over 4 weeks ago and it doesn't work correctly!" 4 weeks of impossible phone connections from customers, amazing the phone vendor wasn't made to sit in the building and make it work.

There seems to be a lack of focus on taking care of customers, Very, very bad experience.
