The technician that showed up was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions with all the necessary information and let me know all my options. I've been looking for quotes with the big names and this one by far has provided me with the most cost efficient of all options and a wide range of solutions.

We had a problem with our water heater. Tom immediately found the problem. He also discovered two other very serious problems in our old home. We were so thankful because these were unhealthy situations. Two other people were at our house also Tom and Sean. They were super nice and great workers too. I love this company.
I would give a 5 star rating to David B. So full of Knowledge. If I owned a business, I would want people like David working with me. I will be recommend and using Genz-Ryan again.
We were so blessed to have Bill as our service rep. He did a very thorough job, was very professional and knowledgeable. He also shared options and ideas to make our system more efficient and affordable. Beyond the excellent service, Bill was just basically a wonderful person to have around! He's upbeat, positive, kind, humorous...we could go on. With the outstanding service and materials, we probably won't be calling you guys anytime soon, but when we do, I hope we get Bill.
Water heater stopped working and called Genz-Ryan. They sent technician Dan Golant out the very next day. He was awesome! He took a look at the water heater and sat down with me and went over all my options. Within a few hours we had hot water again!!! If you are looking for fast, professional, and great quality work I highly recommend getting in touch with these guys!!!
Horrible experience! Buyer beware. We had Genz Ryan refurbish our furnace November 2015 to the tune of $2,000+ (told it was almost as good as getting a new furnace and was what the tech recommended we do). We were told it had a 2 year warranty. We ended up having to pay a $99 service call a little more than a year later and they did not even fix the problem. We were without heat January 2017. The technician who had refurbished our system came out and told us the problem was due to a vent being blocked by snow (before he even went outside to look). Within 3 hours of him leaving we were without heat again. The second tech came out and basically told us everything was wrong (although he really could not provide us specifics). The repairs he recommended ranged from $2,000 to $25,000. He said he could put a "bandaid" on for $700+ but he would be out again in a few days. Before making a decision we decided to call our Home Service Plus Warranty. The tech was out within 15 minutes and the problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes. We have not had any problems since he was out. He told us there was a drain pipe that was plugged. This should have been covered under our Genz Warranty. I've made multiple attempts to reach a supervisor at Genz but have yet to get a call (Natalie tried me twice but has not tried since my last 3 messages were left).
Mike Sippel was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. He made a house visit, listened to the concerns I had, and immediately knew how to troubleshoot and address the problem. Thanks for the great service!
They were very professional, kept me well-informed about arrival times for the technicians. Would highly recommend their company to anybody in need of air-conditioning, furnace, or water heater repair or replacement.
I came home on a Saturday after a long day at work to discover water dripping from our basement ceiling! I called Genz-Ryan plumbing and Steve promptly came out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and took his time to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Steve and Genz-Ryan to any of my friends! Great job!
Excellent from the first point of contact! I called on Monday, Tyler came to my home within hours. I had Air Conditioning on Wednesday! Tyler was and exceptional rep to send out because he was an Installer in the past and understood the complexities of an older home and a boiler system. He gave me options and lots of information. Tyler is knowledgeable and a good communicator. He was patient and thoughtful about my specific needs. He got me on the schedule for Wednesday (the day after the day he came out ). The Team of Installers and the Electrician were all GREAT too! They were good communicators. They were careful and respectful to my home and with me. I am now enjoying my QUIET and easy to operate air conditioning! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Genz-Ryan!!! Ask for Tyler!
Dan W. was by far the best home HVAC tech I have had the pleasure to meet. He arrived with a mask and gloves, which is appreciated, especially in the current covid-19 climate we're living through. He diagnosed the problem quickly, solved the problem quickly, and then took the time to make sure I had a good rundown of all my HVAC appliances. I have been in this house for only 6 months so I really appreciated this. He even threw in some tips for seasonal changes I should do in my house. If everyone from Genz-Ryan works the way Dan does, then they've got a long time customer in me. Thanks Dan!
Dave Brown was very professional and pleasant. At todays appointment he tried to make the simple repair I was hoping would get our pedestal sink functional but was not able to make the repair today which I completely understand why. He did give me a couple of possibilities to consider so I know what I will have to do to move forward. I would highly recommend both Genz-Ryan and Dave Brown to anyone needing plumbing repair.
Genz Ryan came out to our kitchen remodel to re plumb for a moved dishwasher and attach existing plumbing to tw new sinks. Very small jobs with very few materials required. Quote was $1,800.00. Unbelievably high. We had to Pay $99 service fee to get the out of our house. So over priced, it was ridiculous.
Be sure to always get a 2nd opinion from an honest plumbing and heating contractor when you call Genz-Ryan. They try to sell unnecessary services for exorbitant fees
I am on a fixed income. So I wanted my AC fixed. From my initial call the receptionist asked me about my system. Based on that I was targeted for a Big Sale instead of a repair. My compressor had a wire burned off. Instead of finding the error and correcting it my serviceman James P. decided it would be more profitable to sell me: 1) a top of the line furnace and AC for $25,000. 2) a next step down $15,000 version 3) several other options including a $12,000 option. I called CenterPoint. I am a subscriber but AC and Furnace were not covered. So I had them send out a technician. It took an hour and the tech found the issue and replaced the wire. I paid him $190 for the service call. He recommended I add AC to my Home Service Plus which I did for $6/month. He said if I had already been covered it would all have been covered. I want Genz Ryan to refund my $99 service charge because they did not service my equipment as asked. I have in the past received good service from Genz Ryan. I hope they can restore my confidence in them. I'm not sure if I will give them the opportunity again?
Right on time. Didn't get the answer I wanted, but it was the correct answer . . . very personable phone peeps & service technician. Used them before, and their new internet communication was very nice too.
First off, if I could give zero stars, I would! It was an absolute nightmare trying to get an appointment with Genz Ryan to look at our furnace. We scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance and the Friday before our appointment (Monday mid-day) we got a voicemail saying they were cancelling our appointment. No reasoning was left, just that they were cancelling the appointment.
So I called back and asked for a supervisor to call me back and figure out what was going on. Nothing came over the weekend (which isn't that surprising), nothing came on Monday - so I called back. No one called on Tuesday - so I called back. Finally I got in touch with Jeff - a manager at Genz Ryan. He tried to explain the situation and offered to reschedule us for the upcoming week - which I agreed to. So my wife stays home during our "scheduled" appointment time and waits, and waits, and waits. FInally, I call back to Genz to see if they are coming out today. Oh - we had a scheduling issue (and Jeff is on vacation), it looks like we scheduled you for last week (how does that even happen). So Monique says that they can get someone there within the hour. Ok - we can wait a little longer - given we waited this long..... An hour goes by and I call back - Monique is gone for the day, so I talk with the call center and they proceed to inform that the technician hasn't even left his other job and is delayed even further - but yet no phone call to let us know. So I call back and ask for someone to call me back - multiple calls and emails go unreturned. Finally, I just give up. Don't expect any sort of customer service from Genz Ryan. The individuals that we worked with were unfortunately bad at their jobs in following up to simple phone calls and emails.
I would not recommend using them. Maybe I'm complaining about trivial things, but they are in the service business.
I called after 5pm and Zac responded the next morning to check out what was going on. He was very professional and courteous. I didn t feel pressured at all. He repaired the AC and I was very pleased. Highly recommended!
Dave Brown was excellent in customer service as well as helping with our water heater. Recommend Dave highly and would call him again without hesitation. Jeff Walsh
Zach was very helpful. He gave me information on how my current system is working and recommended repairs. Plus he gave me an idea of how much a new system would cost. My system is over 15 years old. When I do decide to replace my furnace/ac I would definitely use Zach and Genz Ryan.
They were great with everything except clean-up. There was a great deal of debris left on the floor as well as a stain left on my rug in my laundry room guessing from water that was still in the AC system when they took it out of the house. I was able to clean up the floor debris but did have to buy a new rug.
I called Genz Ryan on Wednesday night. The on off handle for my shower had broke. The handle broke off in the in position. Thinking because I had called and let them know this I would have a plumber out in the AM. I was contacted at 2pm tech was 36 minutes out he showed up at 3pm. Lots of looking around suggesting service agreements. Asking me how many people lived in the home on and on. I was given 2 options for the repair, the bandaid repair for $600 or the economy plan where he would go in through the back of the closet for $950. Of course I chose the $600. Knowing it was the little plastic piece that was broke. Shower was fixed in 15 minutes and I was charged $600. I asked how much the part was tech told me he couldn t tell me. I said so you actually get $600 an hour I got some excuse about him making it look easy. He grossly over estimated this repair and told me they are a flat rate shop so could no adjust the quote. I will never use this company again.
Don't ever use this company, they will rip you off. I'm an educated customer who asked for there help. They charged me # 321.60 for 1 hour and 15 minutes worth of work, on September 23rd. I talked to a person in service and asked for the Service manager. I was told they would call me. They didn't!! The amount billed was the same as the estimate, which doesn't pass the smell test. The technician refused to give me any detail about the companies hourly rate or detail of the final bill. Stay away from Genz-Ryan!!
I had a nice experience with Genz-Ryan. My appointment was fixed promptly. The technician Richie Rimer arrived on time, was very courteous and knew his job thoroughly. He checked the furnace and A/C and went through all options in a manner understandable to us.
Richie was great in getting us the right add on equipment to make sure are heating and a/c units would work properly for years to come. Very good customer service and I would recommend Genz-Ryan to others. Thanks Richie.
I've had some water heater issues and the manufacture agreed to replace it under warranty. Genz-Ryan came out and not only took care of all the paperwork related to the exchange but took the time to 're-arrange' the utility space to make it more functional. Something that was sorely needed. Thanks much guys.
Weird that Google has 4.5 stars for this company, Yelp has 2 stars. I wish I could give 0 stars. It's not often I get ripped off, but they got me with an Air Conditioner repair. With 90+ degrees outside after almost a week without air, I bought their pitch about all the things that are wrong with my AC and paid them almost $1,700! All I needed is a seal & recharge service, which usually runs around $400. They told me I needed a new "Voltage Absorption" system and some other stuff and it sounded important. IT DOES NOT EXIST. They may seem professional and fix your stuff with a smile, but it doesn't mean you didn't get ripped off. Avoid these guys!!
Steve Major is an Iraq War veteran. I appreciate his service including the wounds he suffered in combat. He rescued me today in the middle of a heat index of 106. My air conditioner was messed up by less than skilled work previously. Now it purrs like a kitten.
Since moving in to our new home in 2014, Genz-Ryan has been our service provider for our Plumbing and heating needs. They were the initial contractor on the sight and we continued to use them since they know the product they installed and the development the best. Reasonable prices and the staff have been great to work with.
Our most recent visit by Dan W. was a very fluid and professional visit. Wrote down some items of interest for near future consideration as our home ages. I like this instead of having surprises appear out of no where (Which we know can still happen).
Refunded for wall damage after going back and forth with them for 3 weeks when they couldn't get their "contractor" over to fix the problem. I asked to cancel the fall/spring furnace/ac tune up and they said they'd give it to me free for the next year. Not surprised that they are still charging me. I have tried to cancel twice now and still being charged. This is especially frustrating when they don't even call to schedule the tune ups and you have to force them to schedule something. Go with anybody but these guys. Their techs are hit and miss and many of them are just looking for a quick up sell.
Genz-Ryan was very responsive to our needs. We missed their initial phone call, but they worked with us to have the plumbing technician, Steven, circle back later in the afternoon. The technician was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The call center employees were also very professional and supportive to meet our needs. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Genz-Ryan to anyone needing heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical work!
Genz-Ryan gave me a fair price to replace my broken furnace, and recently they identified a couple electrical problems that they fixed for a fair price too. All of their technicians have been very friendly and have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Their customer service is great and I'm always happy to work with them.
Richie is a great service tech. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was very personable while doing so. Repair prices are a bit steep, but I have had good experiences with the personnel.
FANTASTIC!! Lance came out, the day after Christmas, in extremely cold weather to drain, clean and check my water heater. I don't have a drain in the basement, so he had to haul all of the water up and out of my house. No complaints AT all! In fact, quite the opposite. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He knows his stuff and I will definitely use his company again and recommend to anyone!
I'd leave zero stars if I could. I made a mistake. I agreed to have Genz Ryan install a water heater and some venting in my home. I signed a contract to have them install a water heater and some venting for a couple of sinks. The estimate was over $7,600 which seemed high to me. (There estimate for a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater was over $14,500). When I thought about it over the weekend, I decided it was too much money.
I called over the weekend and talked with the sales person and told him I didn't want to do the venting. In the awkward conversation the guy giving the estimate kept saying they are not a "time and materials" plumber and said he wouldn't give me a detailed estimate. The next Monday, a plumber came and installed the water heater for $3,800. They were supposed to install an outlet which I told them not to do and was assured there would be a credit for the fact that their electrician would not have to come out.
I found the exact same water heater on line for $800 from Home Depot which means they charged $3,000 for half of a day of installation for the water heater. The water heater was installed in the exact same space. No new venting or piping was needed. The water heater works fine. They did a great job installing it but the pricing from Genz Ryan is sketchy. I'm not sure if it was the person who priced out my job or if it was the organization as a whole but they refused to give an itemized invoice for the service. I never received an paid invoice or a credit for the electrician that never came.
It seems like they need to gouge customers to pay for all the "cute" advertising they are doing. Again, I agreed to this for which I take responsibility but I'm hoping this review might protect others from using them.
Go somewhere else. There are plenty of plumbers out there who are more honest in their pricing then Genz-Ryan.
We had Genz-Ryan out to the house to service our furnace and take a look at our boiler, since our lower level wasn't heating this season. Turns out our boiler was shot. Noah did such a great job explaining what was wrong and scheduling replacement. He and his guys were here at 8 a.m. on the nose both days it took to replace the boiler. They did a great job making sure they didn't track in anything on our floors or hitting our walls bringing everything in and out of the house and downstairs. They were incredibly professional, timely, and were very kind to our animals, which is a huge plus! Would highly recommend Noah and Genz-Ryan.
Had a wonderful experience with the technician, Ryan doing the tuneup for my Heating system. He was on time, explained to me what he doing, and also discussed having the different options I have for the yearly maintenance, if i needed one. Thanks, Ryan and Genz-Ryan Plumbing & Heating, MN
Chad did an excellent job fixing my water heater. He diagnosed the problem and laid out some options. He let me make the decision was not a pushy. Would definitly recommend.
Genz Ryan provides great timely and economic service for your furnace and AC. I especially appreciate their monthly maintenance program which covers my yearly tune up at not additional charge. I have been with them since they replaced or HVAC 11 year ago.
Service tech Alex Brever is the best of the bestest! He's personal, efficient, knowledgeable, and yet very humble. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions, explained everything in details. Not to mention while talking, he fixed the sump pump. There are so many plumbing services out there, Alex would be our reason why we call Genz and Ryan! Thank you Alex, we appreciate your hard work! You made our day!
Our system died on Saturday 8/24/13 - contacted Genz-Ryan and they responded immediately and Noah was at the house within a couple hours - very courteous and respectful. He went through all options including a short-term fix if we wanted to go that route. Due to age of system and condition, we went with a whole new system. Appointment was made for Mon. 8/26 for install. Pete called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Pete was exceptional in every aspect of the service he provided us. He was prompt, hard working, courteous, professional, thorough, patient with us and easy to work with. I wish every service person I deal with was as great to work with. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and, while I hope I don't need to anytime soon, I would certainly work with them again in the future should the need arise. Thanks Pete!!!
Joe S was extremely professional and explained all the necessary options that I had for my issue with my furnace. He also explained parts of the equipment in my utility room that I didn't know needed servicing and was able to tell me everything I needed about these systems. Highly recommended!
David is a great technician and was so informative on what was needed to fix the problem we were having. He walked us through what needed to be done and showed us options that we could decide on what we could do. We have had David at our home for other reasons and request him when we make an appointment.
Great service! Our technician arrived first thing in the morning, just as scheduled (even a couple minutes early!). He got right to work with the furnace tune-up. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He didn't seem annoyed, like some service people do. He gave me reassurance that my carbon monoxide levels were low. This was something I had been concerned about. He gave me straight forward information about the quality of various parts of my furnace. He was able to help me learn how to determine the age of my furnace, which I had wanted to know. He seemed very honest and someone I could trust. He also appeared careful and respectful about how he handled equipment and tools, so that he wouldn't damage anything. I really appreciated this because I've had plenty of experiences in the past where things get dinged up when someone comes out to make a service call. I was very happy with the quality of service provided and would strongly recommend this technician to anyone else.
Terrible service. Overpriced. Didn't back up their "guarantee." Had one service technician say my air conditioner was completely out of freon when my air conditioner didnt work two days after they came to fix it. They then told me to really fix the system I would need to pay an additional $300. I declined, as it should've been covered by their guarantee. Two days after that, another service technician from Genz Ryan stated the freon was full and that my air conditioner waz working properly. It has not worked correctly after Genz Ryan has performed their service to "fix" my unit. When I tried to give them an opportunity to make it right I was told a manager would call me. Manager never called. I then called to speak to a manager, as they did not follow up like they said they would. Apparently they weren't available when I called as they hadn't followed up. The customer service representatives didn't listen to what I was requesting and only spent time trying to talk me out of speaking to a manager after I've called several times to fix my issue. They've been extremely unethical in how they've behaved. I wouldn't advise anyone doing business with them. UPDATE: Genz Ryan did give me a refund for the work they provided. I would still caution people considering using them for HVAC service.
So pleased with the responsiveness of Genz-Ryan, especially on a hot, holiday weekend. Tyler was our inspector and gave a very thorough explanation of the issues and several different options.
Kelsey and Andrew came out to our home for a basement remodeling project I needed electrical work done. Both were very professional and took pride in their work they were doing. They provided upfront prices that are competitive for the quality work they do.
Jon came out to fix a problem with our furnace. He was courteous and informative. He also stayed longer than I would have expected to get it up and running for the evening. Then, he returned when another technician couldn't, to finish the repairs. He gave us all available options for repair and explained the pros & cons to my wife. The service was phenomenal! I highly recommend Genz-Ryan and Jon!
James P was great! He called to let me know when he would arrive was here on time, listened when I explained what we needed, and let me know what options I had and how much they would cost. I wish all of my service technicians were this great!!
Dan Golant did a great job for us today. He is very professional in every way. He was attentive to all our needs and extremely helpful in answering my questions. He was very mindful of our welfare during this time of Covid. The next time we need help I will definitely ask for Dan.
Almost felt like dealing with scammers...I was supposed to have someone check on my AC unit yesterday and apparently that someone came and left without contacting me or my wife with his findings and suggestions. We thought he never showed up. Today I get 2 calls from the company asking me for credit card information to pay for the visit. When asked about what the findings were, I was given generic answers like the air conditioning unit is in working condition and that ducts needed to be cleaned. I thought this was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It seems they only cared about the payment. The reason I contacted them for their services was that they were listed as premier Lennox dealers. I guess Lennox does not carefully select their dealers...
Dan White is very knowledgeable. He explained in detail the problem with our A/C unit and the repair. He also suggested ways to operate our HVAC for maximum comfort and savings.
After coming for ac tune up.. they missed to put the cover/parts back as it was before exposing some wires to rain and i got kids running around so didnt feel safe. These activities seems unprofessional and not sure if i sud trust their suggestions.
Josh Johnson is an excellent technician. He has suggested many ways to improve the heat/air temperatures throughout our house. He is always polite and informative. He always calls before an appointment and also takes time to explain the service needed. I was glad he was scheduled today to replace a part on our furnace. After he was finished he left our house in such perfect order, you would have never known he was there. Genz-Ryan is lucky to have him!
Have been a member of their elite service plan for the past 6 years. Well worth the cost and also provides peace of mind by having the cooling, heating, and plumbing serviced yearly. Note that they also provide duct cleaning, which should be performed by licensed HVAC professionals.
Recently had Blake S. and Dan H. out to our home for our annual heating and plumbing service. Both individuals were very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. Dan even provided some minor maintenance repairs and very helpful tips on maintenance I can do. Highly recommend Genz-Ryan!
Six below zero and the furnace went off. Noah came over and got it going within about 30 minutes. In addition he identified a possible future problem and recommended a 2nd service call (under warranty) to head off a potential problem. This is my second Genz-Ryan system. I would never trust my heating and air conditioning to any other company.
I was so glad that your company worked with me to have the water heater drained of the sediment. I missed the usual appointment because of the sudden death of my kid sister in the early spring and remembered that I had forgotten to take care of this regular service....David Anderson was a knowledgeable serviceman...and efficient. I did feel a little guilty that he worked me in on Monday evening...hope he made it home for even a late supper. Thanks to the young lady in the office who let me know that there was a "hold-up" at the previous appointment....WOW!!!
My appointment with Max was great, on time, he made things easy to understand and knows his job quite well, always had an awesome attitude and made suggestions to maintain my house and appliances. I for sure will call you guys back for any service I need. Give Max a thumbs up! He represents your brand quite well. Keep up the great work.
I am posting this because I went with this company BECAUSE of the positive reviews and had the exact opposite experience. My experience was that Genz-Ryan was fraudulent on the services they provided fraudulent on the bill regarding these services and fraudulent on the repairs that would be needed on our water heater and furnace.
In addition I accrued an additional $2704.84 in costs as a result of Genz-Ryan s refusal and/or inability to complete the services they agreed to.
Here is a brief summary of what happened: 3/24/14 Called Genz-Ryan as there was water on the floor of my utility room. They sent a serviceman out. He told me that both the water heater and furnace were leaking and showed me both leaks and recommended repairs of both water heater and furnace, and install a water softener at his suggestion all at the cost of $3,277.00. He told me the fixes that he performed on the furnace would last indefinitely.
3/28/14 The furnace stopped working. Specifically it would not hold and maintain a temperature. (For example when it was set at 72 degrees it wouldn t go above 62 and it dropped as low as 57 all when the outside temperature was below freezing.) My wife and I both called several times during the day asking first for him then for the manager without receiving a phone call back until much later. The servicemen returned and told my wife that the furnace motor was now broken and could be repaired (for $1,800) but would continue to breakdown or we could replace the entire unit for $8,000 something never indicated on 3/24. When reminded that he had told me that his original fixes would last indefinitely he said he couldn t see into the future. I asked him to have the manager call me since she had not returned my calls. 3/31/14 Monday morning I awoke to my basement flooded with 4 inches of water. I called Genz-Ryan asking for the manager but was continually sent to her voicemail. Eventually the manager, called and told me that the flood and furnace issues (which they were hired to resolve) were not the problem of Genz-Ryan. She then stated they did not fix the furnace!! (A second electrician I had to hire demonstrated that the furnace was in fact serviced: flame sensor was cleaned, Piping was sealed from leaking water.) I asked for a breakdown of costs as I felt I should not have to pay for services they did not provide and was told they could not break items down that I purchased a package deal. I told her I would not have purchased the water softener if I knew all these problems were going to happen.
4/3 I had to have an electrician out to fix the furnace since it was still not working and it was confirmed that the furnace had water damage and had been serviced recently. He fixed it for $98 dollars. 4/4 Insurance adjustor came to house and noticed that there was a leak in the newly installed water softener that could have also been a contributing cause. Immediately called Genz-Ryan to fix this leak. 4/7 Genz-Ryan fixed leak on water softener but still took no responsibility for their numerous other errors. 4/8 Waiting to get entire basement restored at unknown cost.
Here is the breakdown of costs: Genz-Ryan: 3,277.00 (for services not provided and/or completed) Additional costs accrued as a result of Genz-Ryan s refusal or inability to complete the services they agreed to: Second plumber: 722.00 Coit: 1884.84 Electriain: 98.00 Total Additional Charges Accrued: 2704.84
Genz-Ryan technician Richie Rimer did a great did a great job diagnosing my furnace problem and then fixing the problem. Very satisfied with the service.
Lance was so accommodating - he made 2 trips, did not charge for first one as he could not actually fix anything. Then came out today with a blizzard going on and did a temporary fix by rerouting our water pipes so we can have hot water in bathrooms / laundry room - he offered to do this, we did not request it, which I thought was very kind and thoughtful. The leak was fixed a week later and we now have hot water again into the kitchen. They were on time and very nice thoughtful guys.
Shawn did a great job of being respectful, friendly, and clear and answered all my questions. He also spent extra time to get the job done right! Thank you!
Exceptional experience with Mike Busher. I knew what I needed and Mike provided several options for AC & home heating. My Old AC is fixed with a new one on the way.
We had Alex from Genz-Ryan assess and fix our water heater issue. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional! He was able to fix our water heater without issue and in a timely manner.
We had our furnace go out and they came and replaced it. Great job and workmanship. They are knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing. Very trustworthy. They did a follow up for us. I was so impressed with the professionalism Erik displayed. I learned quite a bit about furnaces and how they work. I think all home buyers would benefit learning from them. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to them we have a warm house again.
We needed new AC. Super pushy sales process. Deal is only good right now . Price was $5000 more than everyone else. Glad I shopped around. Quit hard sell it s a turn off!
