Excellent from the first point of contact! I called on Monday, Tyler came to my home within hours. I had Air Conditioning on Wednesday! Tyler was and exceptional rep to send out because he was an Installer in the past and understood the complexities of an older home and a boiler system. He gave me options and lots of information. Tyler is knowledgeable and a good communicator. He was patient and thoughtful about my specific needs. He got me on the schedule for Wednesday (the day after the day he came out ). The Team of Installers and the Electrician were all GREAT too! They were good communicators. They were careful and respectful to my home and with me. I am now enjoying my QUIET and easy to operate air conditioning! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Genz-Ryan!!! Ask for Tyler!
