Jon came out to fix a problem with our furnace. He was courteous and informative. He also stayed longer than I would have expected to get it up and running for the evening. Then, he returned when another technician couldn't, to finish the repairs. He gave us all available options for repair and explained the pros & cons to my wife. The service was phenomenal! I highly recommend Genz-Ryan and Jon!
