Almost felt like dealing with scammers...I was sup...

Almost felt like dealing with scammers...I was supposed to have someone check on my AC unit yesterday and apparently that someone came and left without contacting me or my wife with his findings and suggestions. We thought he never showed up. Today I get 2 calls from the company asking me for credit card information to pay for the visit. When asked about what the findings were, I was given generic answers like the air conditioning unit is in working condition and that ducts needed to be cleaned.
I thought this was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It seems they only cared about the payment.
The reason I contacted them for their services was that they were listed as premier Lennox dealers. I guess Lennox does not carefully select their dealers...
