Lance was so accommodating - he made 2 trips, did not charge for first one as he could not actually fix anything. Then came out today with a blizzard going on and did a temporary fix by rerouting our water pipes so we can have hot water in bathrooms / laundry room - he offered to do this, we did not request it, which I thought was very kind and thoughtful.
The leak was fixed a week later and we now have hot water again into the kitchen. They were on time and very nice thoughtful guys.
