Dan W. was by far the best home HVAC tech I have had the pleasure to meet. He arrived with a mask and gloves, which is appreciated, especially in the current covid-19 climate we're living through. He diagnosed the problem quickly, solved the problem quickly, and then took the time to make sure I had a good rundown of all my HVAC appliances. I have been in this house for only 6 months so I really appreciated this. He even threw in some tips for seasonal changes I should do in my house.
If everyone from Genz-Ryan works the way Dan does, then they've got a long time customer in me.
