They're services are terrible. I am very disappointed. They hardly respond to emails and respond through Instagram messages with generic responses. I understand due to Covid19, it put their shipping behind but why do you continue to take orders if you are behind (?) It doesn't add up. Never again!!!!! In the future, don't accept orders if you can't deliver in a timely manner or give refunds. You have to be greedy to hold on to money and not deliver products the customers ordered. Other companies refund money immediately when the products aren't available without the customers asking for it. Even after customers request refunds, they still don't get a response.

Good Product... price point is comparable to quality. I use 1 roll in 10 days and that is within a home of four. Regular sales makes it more affordbale. Love the convenience of having my paper products delivered to my home. Also love the black soap and Shae butter! A customer for life!

This company had a chance to emerge from the COVID...

This company had a chance to emerge from the COVID19 crisis as heroes and with an expanded customer base; instead it's leadership let greed, ego, and poor customer service lead the way.

I placed my order in March, and like ANY prudent person would expect, given the conditions at the time, I expected a delay to their usual turnaround time, which was posted as a few days at the time of my order. My intent was to place an order, evaluate the quality and turnaround time, and then to place a larger order and become a repeat customer, pending the quality. I was very proud to patronize a Black owned company who looked to be coming through in the clutch for everyone. It wasn't until two weeks after that I had some concerns. By then, the alert on their website had not changed, but their Facebook page had disappeared, apparently to stem the deluge of public complaints. By their own admission, their website couldn't handle the sudden surge

On March 29 (again, 2 weeks after my order, and who knows how long other people had been waiting) their Instagram account posted an FAQ which included the then updated processing times (which by then they claimed to be 7-10 businesses days plus shipping time--more on that later), and directed customers to their inbox for information regarding their order.

Since by this date, my order was beyond both times, I sent a message requesting an update. I recieved a response from (whose voice I now recognize from various videos as) the owner, who instead of looking into my actual order, counted their posted turnaround time on a calendar and told me that my package should be arriving the next day which would have been April 10th, Of course, I'd already done this math myself, and already knew that the package hadn't been shipped, much less arriving any time soon, because I have Informed Delivery via USPS. Not even a label had been generated at this time. Mr. Muhammad insisted that I wait until Monday to be sure, and of course, nothing.

When I contacted the company via Instagram the next week, it was more of the same. They continued to post on Facebook, and each week, the turnaround time got longer and longer, until they had to be honest (probably due to the growing log of complaints to the Better Business Bureau--I didn't waste my time complaining there, although I was tempted). At the end of April, they finally updated their turnaround time to 4-6 weeks. In the interim (31 days AFTER my order, to be exact), I spoke with a Ms. Muhammad who was very pleasant, but didn't have access to the orders--apologize and assure me that I'd be refunded. That ultimately never happened, and my order finally arrived at nearly 6 weeks.

Had they lead with this information from the beginning, I (and I'm sure many others) could have tempered our patience a accordingly, or found an alternative instead of sending our money into the ether and being strung along for over a month.

As someone who has my own small business, I under promise and work to over deliver. I also approach my failures with humility instead of gaslighting my clients.

There were several alternatives to this fiasco, all while keeping their staff safe: a) stop taking NEW orders on the website b) have someone to truly investigate order statuses and give honest answers c) stop LYING on the internet to save face, d)stop passing the buck to anything and everything but their leadership's inability to take an honest look at the situation and change course.

At the end of the day, the quality of the product wasn't even worth the trouble. They produce (or buy wholesale) commercial quality TP, which is more along the lines of what you expect to use at work or while out in public. For home, I prefer consumer grade TP, which is softer and thicker. However, in a crisis, it will do. By this time, I'd found more suitable product for my needs and immediately donated the TP from this company. I did use the detergent and fabric softener from my order and it worked well enough, but due to this experience, I'm definitely afraid of taking this risk again.

The ratings were low prior to the pandemic, but I believe everyone's experience is not the same. Also I believe in supporting black owned businesses. However, I had absolutely no concern waiting the 4-6 waiting period BUT it's approaching 8 weeks and I have yet to recieve acknowledgement of emails and messages I sent via gmail and IG. The phone number listed is disconnected! When I finally did get some sort of acknowledgement it was a general message NOT answering the only question I had pertaining to my individual order. Thank God I keep my toliet paper stocked because if I was waiting on my order good God Almighty !!! Transparency goes a long way and communication is ESSENTIAL just as the busines is ESSENTIAL. FPC should have offered customer refunds if they couldn't honor the supply and demand in a timely manner PERIOD!! Truthfully, if I recieve my order its fine but if not I'll let me bank handle returning my funds.

I wouldn't waste my time or money with this business. I ordered from this company on July 7th 2020 and since no one bothers to respond to emails or phone calls, I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau mid August 2020. It was only after I submitted my complaint that I got a response. They offered to give me two free bottles of hand sanitizer, which I declined. I requested for FPC (Free Paper Company) to cancel the order and give a full refund on September 2nd. This company stopped responding with me or the BBB agent and processed the order anyway. On September 24th, my product arrived with the toilet paper but no invoice or receipt was with the product. Very unprofessional. I will be following up with the Maryland Attorney General regarding this business.

I don t recommend using this company. I wanted this to go well but sadly it didn t. I placed and order for toilet paper on April 2nd of this year. At the time, the website said that shipping would take 14 days. However 14 days came and went and I received no shipping notification, no tracking information and no explanation. I attempted to contact them via the contact form on their website. I was contacted from someone who called herself Ms. Muhammad after 10pm two days later. Her voicemail stated that the world go ahead and process my order that day and it would ship out that day via USPS and would be received in about 3 business days. I also received a text message stating the same. Again I received no shipping confirmation and no tracking information. I gave them over a week after that call only to be met with the same result, no order received. I reached back out via the phone number they used to contact me. They did not pick up but the message advised to text them so I did. Someone got back to me overnight like at 2am stating you should have already shipped by now. I'll follow up with the warehouse ma'am and get you a tracking #. Ms. Muhammad Freedom Paper Customer Relations . I replied and asked where the shipment was coming from. It took them 3 days, again at 2am, to reply that it would be coming from Maryland and that she is working on getting the tracking info. We are now in the middle of May and the paper that I did have at the time was now almost gone. I had been trying to reach out via the phone number by texting but I was getting no response and no one ever answers the phone number. At this point I don t know what s happened and I need toilet paper so I was forced to order from somewhere else. At some point during this ordeal the changed the message on their website to say shipping would take 4 to 6 weeks. I had an existing order with them before that message changed and the never notified me that things had changed. And given that they had been telling me that they had already sent it, all of this other stuff just seemed ridiculous and unnecessary. Nonetheless because of their lack of communication I was forced to order from somewhere else and have already received my order (it took only a week btw). Since I now no longer needed toilet paper, due to no fault of my own, I attempted to reach out to them to cancel my order because of the situation they put me in. I even said that I didn t want to give them any bad reviews online or bad mouth them on social media because I felt that maybe this was not the norm. The first time I used the contact form on their site I received a boilerplate reply email stating that reply s will take 4-5 days (who does that?). I did this another 3 times and I even attempted to text them twice for a response. After the last I got a notification email (from the website) stating that my order had been processed and then I believe the next day I got tracking information. It appears that the were just ignoring me this entire time so that they didn t have to refund me this money. Which was just $33. These people are straight up con artists. Today 5/23/20 I attempted to call that number again but now it isn t in service. Maaaaaan, if I knew then what I know now I would have never ordered from this company. Here is that bad review I said I wasn t going to post but you chose to ignore me for weeks so here is your consolation prize. Get ready for the bad mouthing folks. This could have been easily solved with the truth. Just a piece of unsolicited advice: Patrons don t like to be lied to when you are holding their money and product hostage. If I could give negative stars I would.

I would not recommend using their services until the country has recovered from the quarantine. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I recently received a tracking number but the order has not yet been received by the Post Office. The main reason for the one star is the lack of communication. I have not received a single email about my order (just my automated order confirmation), and my numerous emails for a status request were unanswered, If a business has unanswered emails from customers that are over a month old, then some changes need to happen to assure your customers that your order has not been lost, even if it's a generic announcement. If they sent out an email blast about their situation, I did not receive it, and their email server should provide them with statistics to indicate success/failure of transmission to indicate that many customers did not get it.

When I placed my order, there were no ALERTS about a shipment delay on the website. A week after I placed my order there was an ALERT stating there was a 2 week delay. So I waited 2 weeks for a tracking number, and when I didn't receive one, I sent my first email through their website for a status request and got no response. I found 2 other email addresses associated with their company and sent emails there too and received no response. Now there is an ALERT saying there is a 4-6 wait. Unless they supply a product you can't get anywhere else I would suggest you pick it up elsewhere until they have their operations under control.

5 stars to a company who was on the right track when it picked a product that everyone uses ( Bathroom Tissue), and created a business that gives back. I was on auto ship years ago before the COVID-19 began. They have partnered with our non-profit ( Projects Millions More Movement) to help support community projects. Recently Freedom Paper Company distributed over a 1000 rolls of bathroom tissue and paper towels at the Ach Social-Club, located on Pennsylvania Ave. They were highly sort after when Covid-19 began. Despite the challenge they still met the demands of their customers.

I put in a large order totaling over $200 on April 12th 2020, the website stated all orders will be shipped out in two weeks time frame. It's been over two weeks, still no shipment, no refund, and no response from the manufacturer. Now the website states 4-6 weeks for delivery. This place is a joke and fraudulent with very poor customer service. Don't waste your money or time. Im still trying to get in contact with these people.

If there was a way to give a negative 10 as a rating I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They present themselves online as a reputable company! Yet, they are HORRIBLE!! Their lack of communication and response is unacceptable for ANY company in ANY situation! They delete your true comments about them on Facebook. Therefore, a Facebook Group was created simply because of COMPLAINTS!!! You call and you NEVER get to speak to anyone. Their phone tells you to send an email and a response will be within 48 hrs! It s been an entire month and a half and no response! PayPal is just about sick of the complaint people are sending about this company NOT responding regarding a status of orders or even the product! Many have requested their money back and just forget the product, still no response! I have my attorneys who are preparing papers to them, as I type! Some people ordered their products in March and was told 6 weeks, via the company s phone general voicemail, not about their particular order! Then suddenly, when PayPal is contacted an order mysteriously shows up! Nope!! Unacceptable and they will be held accountable. The BBB has been contacted regarding the NUMEROUS VALID COMPLAINTS!!

This was a terrible experience. I ordered a sample pack, accepted the delayed delivery estimate, did not receive it, horrible customer service where they said they would send me an update and it was "probably already on the way," and only when I placed a claim through Paypal for a refund did I get a delivery. But when the delivery came, the toilet paper was Freedom brand, the paper towels were from Tork. So they basically sold me another company's paper towels. Will be filing another claim with Paypal.

I placed an order on March 30 and never received any confirmation or communication other than my PayPal confirmation of payment. I realized they may be overloaded with orders due to the pandemic so I waited more than two months to contact them. I contacted the company on June 3 and was promised a refund. Tomorrow is July 1 and still no refund or product. Steer clear of this "business." Update: contacting FPC does not help. I understand companies are backed up due to the pandemic, but they should at least proactively contact customers with updates. Three and a half months with no order and no refund (because they don't give refunds) is not acceptable ... pandemic or not. Having a "no refund" policy is not a free pass to not uphold your end of a business transaction.

Update: I received a refund three and half months after ordering. At least FPC followed through with that.

I attempted to support small business in the hopes that it would support me by at the very minimum providing me with what I payed for toilet paper was hard to come by for everyone, but I packed my patience and expected to wait the 6 weeks they stated on their website. Firstly, I have utilized FPC for a few years now and told all my friends and family. They have always been solid, timely, and professional.

Secondly, in light of COVID-19 my recent shipment was unfulfilled. However, after emailing whereismyproductfpc@gmail.com with the details of my order and explaining the situation the issue was immediately resolved.

So in a nutshell, I am giving this company 5 stars for two reasons. The first is because they have consistently provided excellent service over the years. The second is because even now during this pandemic, they have resolved my concerns. I know that this is at least a 4 star company, if not 5! The negative reviews are simply a result of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.

Side note, Google should really fix the rating system for companies like this one. Reviews left during the pandemic should bring down an otherwise spotless record.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a follow-up to the review I wrote last month. Since I was given the option to get a refund, I chose to cancel my order. I have been told three times that I cannot receive a refund although FPC's response to my initial review says that I can. The email responses are nothing but auto-reply templates. The phone number listed is not in service. Your best option is to report Freedom Paper Company to the Better Business Bureau and ask for their assistance to get refunded.

I also explained I m relocating to Maryland in July and here we are in August still no items. I also offered to pick the items up. I m big on supporting BOB s but this isn t a good company. Ordered in March. Emailed several times inquiring about my order and received no response. Came online saw numerous complaints. Emailed the email address that I found in the complaints. Got a response and asked for a refund. The seller agreed to give me a refund. I waited several days then filed a claim with PayPal. The seller then shipped the product so that my claim could be denied. Unprofessional and I will never buy from the again.

UPDATE: I emailed customer service as directed by the owner s response and they responded with a tracking number, not a refund. I NEED A REFUND. I DIDN T RECEIVE THE ORDER AND IT TOOK 10 WEEKS TO SHIP IN THE FIRST PLACE. God, I cannot WAIT to get my money back and be done with this ghetto company.

My order from them was never delivered. I placed my order for toilet paper and fabric softener on April 6th 2020 and didn't even receive so much as a confirmation email. I got no correspondence whatsoever. I emailed and called their customer service on 5/13/2020 with no response. Now after I file a case with PayPal to finally get my money back they wait until the very last day of the investigation to send my order confirmation on 6/19/2020. My case was closed in the seller's favor because they provided the tracking information at the very last hour. I still never received the products nor do I want them. I WANT A REFUND. I will NEVER shop with this company again and I will make sure to tell other people not to. I don't care what the circumstances were, you don't go silent for months after someone spends their money with your business, especially in times like these. I trusted this company to deliver an essential product when I needed it and they failed miserably. I do not want my order after literally 10 weeks of waiting. I want a complete refund of $44.75 and I m filing complaints with every body of government until I get it.

Unreliable, scammers, beware! I ordered from this company because I heard they were a black owned business, in addition to getting scarce necessities, this was a plus.

I waited for a long time. Since there is a crisis occurring it was understandable that things would be slow, but after sending out an e-mail, I heard nothing. The least a company can do is reach out to their customers to let them dismiss any fears or uncertainties, this is customer service 101.

I then went on Instagram where I saw they were answering customer questions from hoardes of people who did not receive their orders. They told me to wait a few more days, I did that. Then they told me to wait some more, I did that too, then they stopped responding altogether.

I see why there are countless social media groups declaring them scammers and BBB claims filed against them.

I plan to file a claim dispute with my banking institution.

FPC, I m writing a review because it seems this is the only way to get a response. I ve ordered about 4 times before COVID and I know to expect a not-so-fast delivery. Now, like others, the issue is the lack of communication after months of waiting for an order or at least a tracking number. Here is the same message I ve emailed, forwarded and submitted online:

I am still waiting to receive 2 orders, or at least an update for the orders (#22014 and #22603) that I made on April 9th and another on the 12th. I ve sent 2-3 emails after the first month of waiting for an update with no response.

Please let me know if they are coming, or please assist me with processing a refund.

I m happy to change the review after I receive an update.

Do not patronize this company. If you want to support a black owned business find another one. I have yet to get my full order nor get any correspondence from them except for a automatic generated email after emailing them almost 2 months after them taking my $$. Fraudulent. Buyer beware

I am highly disappointed in this company. Not because of the delay in shipping, but because of their horrible customer service. Due to the Covid pandemic, I was prepared for a delay but after 5, weeks I sent a follow up email and got no response. I ve gotten no response to the 4 subsequent emails that I ve sent. They have shut down all of their social media except for Instagram, where they cut off comments on their posts and request that you send them a direct message. No response there either. They also give a number to call , it goes straight to voicemail and no calls have been returned. It s now been 8 weeks and 4 days, I haven t heard anything from them. Yet they respond to bad reviews and continue to create posts about how great they ve been in the past. We are all understanding that we are living in unprecedented times, but their response (or lack thereof) has not only been both narcissistic and unprofessional, but it s downright unacceptable.

I love the Home Pack II that I ordered from the company. The Neem toothpaste instantly brightened my teeth instantly. The African black soap lasted like 3 months and I was able to slice it up in multiple bars. Toilet paper is great and having paper towels without leaving my home is great.

I ordered once before and it was okay. This was pre pandemic days. However in march I ordered again and had I known to check their instagram page, I wouldn't place the order. To this day as I'm typing this, I still don't have my orders. When I opened a PayPal dispute the sent 2 items from my order and still have not sent the rest of the items to this day. Clearly they wanted PayPal to close the dispute and did not want to have to refund my purchase. I'm not even angry anymore. Just disappointed. I will never order from this business again. I don't care if they try to rebrand or whatever. They should have closed their website and fulfilled all the backlogged orders but no, greed won't let them. They kept taking orders knowing full well they didn't have the supplies. I just am disgusted by this at this point. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

I understood when I ordered there would be delays due to COVID-19; however what I did not expect was the lack of communication and no products almost 2 months later. I also understand that the company has been bombarded with orders however relay this via email, or some sort of communication. I have ordered from 2-3 different companies since then and received my orders well before the ship date they provided as well as communication. Nothing from this company and here it is May 23.
The lack of communication is very unprofessional and support was based off word of mouth and supporting a small business. The actions reciprocated were FRAUDULENT PRACTICES NOT TO MENTION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY others previously warned of their deceitful practices.
I will not be recommending this company within my network, community or anywhere.
I would give ZERO stars but had to give 1.

I placed and order March 30th and was told Id have my order 9-10 business days from the date of my order..... well here we are MAY 5TH and I have no product. I've emailed and send a dm on Instagram and have not been replied to. This company should be ashamed. Apparently Im not the only person who this company has stolen from. There are people who dont have their orders and they placed an order early March and late February.

While this may have been a good company, there are many, many people (myself included) that have not received their product or any communication. I purchased toilet paper on March 31st and today is April 24th and have not received any communication. I have emailed twice and nothing in return. They have removed all commenting on social media so that should tell you something there. They have a very poor score on the BBB and I wish I had known this before purchasing. I was trying to support a locally owned business but will not make this mistake again. When I purchased, it said it would take 3 to whatever business days, then it went to 14 days now it's like a month. This is ridiculous and very poor business. I do not wish ill on any company but when the product isn't being delivered and no communication, I WILL NOT ENDORSE THEM! WORST EVER!

Never again. I purchased my order since April and to no avail I did not receive my order. I spent over $100 and never got it. I want to support a black owned business, but when you take advantage I will not. This is my first time and last time giving them my money. Shame on you and shame on this company. Beware. If you order from this company, they will leave you wondering if you were scammed because they will not confirm or communicate with you after making order. I had to file a PayPal dispute to be refunded. I am still waiting for PayPal to rule in my favor so that I can get my money back. Thumbs down all the way.

It s been over two months and still nothing. I understand with the pandemic things would be delayed but this is unacceptable. Why are they still taking orders when they haven t cleared up their backlog? I will never purchase from them again.

Finally, the products when you get them 4-5 months later, is "paper thin" Dollar Store quality it looks repackaged from somewhere else. Please save your money.

This company is one of many who have seen a surge in orders due to COVID. However, instead of taking what they can handle and then refusing new orders, they are continuing to process orders and then deliver partial or no orders.

My contacts with them have went unanswered and if you search on FB and other social media platforms you will see I m one of hundreds in this position. It makes me sad to post this since they are a minority business and local to me (I can drive to their headquarters and pick up my order if it s that serious).

I just want my money back so i can use my limited income to buy food, cleaning items and toilet paper for my family. They took advantage of people s desperation after stores sold out.

ETA: I see their response and again, I requested refunds with the email provided. They also blocked me on social media and phone. This review could have been avoided if they simply refunded my money.

Both myself and my mom placed orders via the website in 4/6. Hers going to VA mine to WA. As of today June 1st, no order, no shipping info, no respond to order inquiries, no answering phones. We wanted to support a black owned business. However we will be cancelling our orders. Poor customer service skills.

**UPDATE** today is 7/27. My mom got her box on 6/13. She had to email the owner and the next day her box was shipped out. From 6/13 until last week I emailed once a week regarding my order. I emailed using the wheresmyorder and the kmuhammad email addresses. I finally received shipping info last week and my box came today. They included a free hand sanitizer, thanks? Paper is usable. Not too hard, not too soft, your average public space toilet paper. Customer service is still non-existent.

Never received my product from this company after taking my money. They have spent more time deleting valid complaints than processing orders for their customers.

update: I did send emails, text, and even contacted them on social media. They blocked me. I was able to get a refund from my bank for lack of product. They also put false information regarding issues on their website. They did have complaints prior to COVID with BBB just not at this level. I hope they figure out a way to stop taking orders and fix their current situation

I never received my April 7th order. I ve attempting calling the phone line and it was disconnected. I ve attempted the multiple email listings with no response. Now I am forced to contest this large toilet paper order on my credit card. I wanted to support black owned business and I waited patiently to no avail. Unfortunately, I will no longer patronize Freedom Paper Company due to never receiving my products or a response to my multiple attempts to contact the company over the past three months. Placed 2 orders on April 2nd, 2020 ( 1 to be shipped to my daughter and 1 to be shipped to me ) freedom paper company never sent a tracking number via email, was told we would receive our items the week of April 23rd, 2020, to date May 1, 2020 we have received nothing , they are not replying to emails , deleted their Facebook page and turned off comments on Instagram page and not replying to Instagram direct messages. I m trying to be patient due to the shipping times and delays due to this pandemic ..but my patience is running thin due to the lack of communication of what s going on with these orders . I m really disappointed

In spring 2019, our youth organization THE BLACK WOLVES YOUTH SCOUTS, and FREEDOM PAPER COMPANY, joined together to employ youth in some of the most marginalized communities in Baltimore City, Maryland. Freedom Paper Company supplied us with hundreds of boxes of bathroom tissue, and we raised about $1,000 whithin one month, which was used to pay the youth workers, and to support our organization. We were also given the opportunity by Freedom Paper Company, to employ some adults within these low- income communities, by providing them with security training and experience for the Freedom Paper Company warehouse. This company has superior products, that everyone needs, and in addition, they provide many opportunities for those who are willing to work and learn. Company is run by an upstanding man, who is a true servant of the community.

Horrible experience.

Purchased items in March, was told there would be a 2 week ship time. I found this acceptable. Purchased another item a week later, again was told there would be a 2 week ship time, I also found this acceptable.

Weeks went by and my order never shipped. Reached out to customer service, no response. After contacting PayPal to open an investigation for a refund someone finally got back to me in late June, 3 months later.

I let the company know in I longer wanted the items and wanted my money back, they sent one package anyway. I intended to reject delivery but, my neighbor got the package before I did.

Weeks later, someone contacted me about the second order. I let them know I no longer wanted their products and was seeking a refund. Even after me telling them no, they went and sent the package anyway.

This was a horrible experience. They blamed their shortcomings on the pandemic but, I ve been shopping at multiple places, big and small throughout the pandemic and there have not been significant delays in service for any of the other companies.

They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never purchase another thing from them again.

If I could give negative stars I would, the service or I should say lack of customer service has been absolutely terrible. I placed an order on April 15th and have emailed whereismyproductfpc@gmail.com MULTIPLE times and have not received an answer. I see the company replying to negative comments saying to send an email and they will promptly follow up and ship the order, DON'T BELIEVE IT. It's a lie, this is a complete scam. I initially was told my order would arrive in 2-4 weeks, then 4-6 and now a full four MONTHS later and I still have not received my order. I can only imagine how difficult filling orders has been for small businesses during this time, however the lack of communication and accountablility from the company is inexcusable. In the midst of a pandemic that has hit the African American community so hard this company that claims to be for the people should be be ashamed of their predatory business practices. I should have contacted the better business bureau a long time ago to complain and seek a refund. I will NEVER order from them again and will share my horrible experience every opportunity I get. They need to be shut down.

I placed two orders in April 2020. I ordered toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The website says my order would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Both items were in stock when I placed my orders. I received an email confirmation with my order number. After that dead silence. I ve been calling, leaving voicemail messages, and emailing, still no answer. When I called, the voice prompt stated that there plenty of items in stock so there s no excuse for the delay in my order and non-response. I most recently contacted We Buy Black, the website that advertised this business, still no response. This was my first and last attempt at supporting this black owned business. I would much rather give my money to a business that actually serves the community instead of taking advantage of customers during the Pandemic. I will be reaching out to my bank to get my money back and if that attempt fails then I will pursue legal action.

If you are considering ordering from this business please save your money and buy from a legitimate and professional business.

WARNING: This business operates like a scam! It was featured on the news warning people not to order from them! Check Youtube! There is a FB complaint page and IG complaint page made by people who never received their orders all the way from March! They will only respond on HERE (a BS stock response) or if you get PayPal, your bank or lawyers involved which is my next step. They haven't fulfilled my order from March 28th (#20489) even though Ive sent them multiple messages through their website, IG, and via email. Still no responses. The only response I got was texts from a sketcky number around midnight that isn't listed on their website asking for my personal information so they can send my products. BEWARE.

Under no circumstances should you purchase anything from this company. It's been 3 months since I have placed my order and I have not received my product. I have received so many promises of "it's being mailed out today" and I have yet to receive anything. They have disabled comments on all of their social media platforms as to not allow customers to complain. They have multiple email addresses for you to contact them yet they will stop responding once you ask for a refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to follow up until I receive a refund. (For the owners, if you are reading this review, just do the decent thing and refund my money. Do not ask me to email you again.)
