I am highly disappointed in this company. Not because of the delay in shipping, but because of their horrible customer service. Due to the Covid pandemic, I was prepared for a delay but after 5, weeks I sent a follow up email and got no response. I ve gotten no response to the 4 subsequent emails that I ve sent. They have shut down all of their social media except for Instagram, where they cut off comments on their posts and request that you send them a direct message. No response there either. They also give a number to call , it goes straight to voicemail and no calls have been returned. It s now been 8 weeks and 4 days, I haven t heard anything from them. Yet they respond to bad reviews and continue to create posts about how great they ve been in the past. We are all understanding that we are living in unprecedented times, but their response (or lack thereof) has not only been both narcissistic and unprofessional, but it s downright unacceptable.
