I am in Croydon SE England. On Thursday 5 May 2022 searching the net, around the Uk mainland for a Zanussi oven door seal online, eBay, Amazon, spare part companies etc., wasn’t easy even using model numbers etc. After wasting a lot of time, came across Quinn Spare in Ireland. I always prefer not to order abroad. But I clicked their website. Everything was downhill from then on. I Called their number 028 7132 9001. Gentle man picked up. Gave him the Model number, and he told me what to order, price was great, within 5 minutes it was ordered, and PayPal paid. Thought great, should receive it next week sometime, but no, it came through my letterbox the next day Friday the 6th. I fitted it by that afternoon. That’s our next roast dinner sorted. Sorry for the long-winded review story, but in my opinion, Quinn spares deserves this testimonial. Thanks a lot, Quinn for the fantastic service you gave me.

I.have to say that my complaint was dealt with in a friendly courteous manner.and within a few days they delivered a replacement. I would highly recommend buying from this firm. Superb customer service. I enquired about a thermal cutout switch for a 15 year old storage heater, and while Quinn Spares didn't have the part, Dave went above and beyond to track down the old part number of the switch and even found a supplier in Scotland that listed the switch on their website. So grateful for his time and helpfulness.

Ordered light fitting at 4 o clock had it next day good price great service and could not get it anywhere else . Will shop again .
