Ordered products back in April & have not received...

Ordered products back in April & have not received my items nor a refund. Can t find anyone to speak with, even went to their executive office & receptionist said they only come in 1 or 2 times a week & she don t know where the warehouse is located. Am I being scammed or what??? Bad for business!
