I don t recommend using this company. I wanted this to go well but sadly it didn t. I placed and order for toilet paper on April 2nd of this year. At the time, the website said that shipping would take 14 days. However 14 days came and went and I received no shipping notification, no tracking information and no explanation. I attempted to contact them via the contact form on their website. I was contacted from someone who called herself Ms. Muhammad after 10pm two days later. Her voicemail stated that the world go ahead and process my order that day and it would ship out that day via USPS and would be received in about 3 business days. I also received a text message stating the same. Again I received no shipping confirmation and no tracking information. I gave them over a week after that call only to be met with the same result, no order received. I reached back out via the phone number they used to contact me. They did not pick up but the message advised to text them so I did. Someone got back to me overnight like at 2am stating you should have already shipped by now. I'll follow up with the warehouse ma'am and get you a tracking #. Ms. Muhammad Freedom Paper Customer Relations . I replied and asked where the shipment was coming from. It took them 3 days, again at 2am, to reply that it would be coming from Maryland and that she is working on getting the tracking info. We are now in the middle of May and the paper that I did have at the time was now almost gone. I had been trying to reach out via the phone number by texting but I was getting no response and no one ever answers the phone number. At this point I don t know what s happened and I need toilet paper so I was forced to order from somewhere else. At some point during this ordeal the changed the message on their website to say shipping would take 4 to 6 weeks. I had an existing order with them before that message changed and the never notified me that things had changed. And given that they had been telling me that they had already sent it, all of this other stuff just seemed ridiculous and unnecessary. Nonetheless because of their lack of communication I was forced to order from somewhere else and have already received my order (it took only a week btw). Since I now no longer needed toilet paper, due to no fault of my own, I attempted to reach out to them to cancel my order because of the situation they put me in. I even said that I didn t want to give them any bad reviews online or bad mouth them on social media because I felt that maybe this was not the norm. The first time I used the contact form on their site I received a boilerplate reply email stating that reply s will take 4-5 days (who does that?). I did this another 3 times and I even attempted to text them twice for a response. After the last I got a notification email (from the website) stating that my order had been processed and then I believe the next day I got tracking information. It appears that the were just ignoring me this entire time so that they didn t have to refund me this money. Which was just $33. These people are straight up con artists. Today 5/23/20 I attempted to call that number again but now it isn t in service. Maaaaaan, if I knew then what I know now I would have never ordered from this company. Here is that bad review I said I wasn t going to post but you chose to ignore me for weeks so here is your consolation prize. Get ready for the bad mouthing folks. This could have been easily solved with the truth. Just a piece of unsolicited advice: Patrons don t like to be lied to when you are holding their money and product hostage. If I could give negative stars I would.
