I never received my April 7th order. I ve attempting calling the phone line and it was disconnected. I ve attempted the multiple email listings with no response. Now I am forced to contest this large toilet paper order on my credit card. I wanted to support black owned business and I waited patiently to no avail. Unfortunately, I will no longer patronize Freedom Paper Company due to never receiving my products or a response to my multiple attempts to contact the company over the past three months. I feel scammed at a vulnerable time of need.
