I would not recommend using their services until the country has recovered from the quarantine. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I recently received a tracking number but the order has not yet been received by the Post Office. The main reason for the one star is the lack of communication. I have not received a single email about my order (just my automated order confirmation), and my numerous emails for a status request were unanswered, If a business has unanswered emails from customers that are over a month old, then some changes need to happen to assure your customers that your order has not been lost, even if it's a generic announcement. If they sent out an email blast about their situation, I did not receive it, and their email server should provide them with statistics to indicate success/failure of transmission to indicate that many customers did not get it.
When I placed my order, there were no ALERTS about a shipment delay on the website. A week after I placed my order there was an ALERT stating there was a 2 week delay. So I waited 2 weeks for a tracking number, and when I didn't receive one, I sent my first email through their website for a status request and got no response. I found 2 other email addresses associated with their company and sent emails there too and received no response. Now there is an ALERT saying there is a 4-6 wait. Unless they supply a product you can't get anywhere else I would suggest you pick it up elsewhere until they have their operations under control.
