I placed an order with this company on March 29 due to word of mouth and to support. However, I have yet to receive a response to my emails and the phone number advises to send emails. I called back today and it s a bad number. I understood when I ordered there would be delays due to COVID-19; however what I did not expect was the lack of communication and no products almost 2 months later. I also understand that the company has been bombarded with orders however relay this via email, or some sort of communication. I have ordered from 2-3 different companies since then and received my orders well before the ship date they provided as well as communication. Nothing from this company and here it is May 23.
The lack of communication is very unprofessional and support was based off word of mouth and supporting a small business. The actions reciprocated were FRAUDULENT PRACTICES NOT TO MENTION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY others previously warned of their deceitful practices.
I will not be recommending this company within my network, community or anywhere.
I would give ZERO stars but had to give 1.
