To whom it may concern,
My name is Luc Girard

I spoke to your customer service rep Prakesh M. and let me begin by commending him on his courtesy and patience. Having said that, he provided zero help.
The situation is as follows:

Today, I called the Russian Consulate in Toronto to ask about the borders. They informed me that NO commercial flights are landing in Russia until August 1st at the earliest. That had been the policy since they had extended the border closure from May 1st.
My question is: WHY DID YOU SELL ME A TICKET FOR A FLIGHT THAT DOESN"T EXIST?!?!?




In conclusion, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
