I tried booking tickets thrice on two different days with a gap in between of 2 days, still the ticket isn't booked and the worst customer service they have provided on call as well, huge means like literally huge waiting before connecting a customer care personnel. I am highly disappointed with their services !!!! I won't even give them 1 full star, is there a Option of select a quarter portion of Star
