When I book my ticket, I checked free cancellation insurance and Proceeded payment.

After that, they don t charge my free cancellation insurance price and send to me email like this. We cannot add insurance to to passenger residing British Colombia.

And they charge me original price without free cancellation insurance.

In this case, they don t have to charge my ticket. Or they don t have to reservation my flight. But they charge me.

If they cannot grantee my free cancellation insurance. I definitely don t want to buy my ticket with flightnetwork.
