Horrible service, complete joke!!!!!!! No one answ...

Horrible service, complete joke!!!!!!! No one answer the phone. I've tried so many times, day night, it doesn't matter machine always says 20 min waiting Bulsh...... I was waiting everytime up to three hours and it's 20 every 20minutes.
I can hear as soon as someone is about to pick up, put me on hold again.Joke!!!!!!!!
