First time to use Flight Network service to book my flight. i can't believe i did that but i made wrong dates. Same date departure and arrival! OMG! i called them immediately and to my surprise and joy, a gentleman called, Mark with employee ID 2837, was very understanding and helpful to charge me with the fare difference i meant to fly without any penalty. i Believe or not, i am a frequent traveller and it has never happened like this. i also have had several bad experience with other online travel agents over the years.
