Bait & Switch price on web is different from what is billed to credit card. $24.99 for me to choose a seat? (It was the last seat available on the flight) Since when did airlines start charging to choose an economy seat?

Flight cancellation Insurance? $13 jumped up to $66! This isnt itemized when you purchase the ticket, but it comes after you have bought the flight.
