Be careful with these guys before booking a ticket. I bought a ticket on line from them paid and additional $150 for insurance. I had to cancel ticket within 24 hours due to lock down in South Africa. I was penalized in excess of $1000 on unexplainable reasons. Had a 20 minute discussion with them and the only person from their call Center in India could tell me is send us an email. I paid $3110. For ticket and only got refunded 2090. In addition, 2 days later credit still hasn t been applied on my credit card.
STAY AWAY from these guys. They re not to be trusted.
