I also had a very bad costumer service with this company. I booked a flight then few hours later received a cancellation email. The email stated the I'll receive my money back within 5-10 days, the actual flight cost was refunded but I was charged 2 fees in the amount of $19.07 ($34.14) which was not refunded. I called them and they claimed that they haven't charged me anything. After an argument with the costumer service, they told me they will refund me with one fee ($19.07) and send them a proof to receive the other fee! Not sure why that? But if I don't receive my money back within the next few days, I'm taking them to court.

Definitely never do service with them again. I never had problems with Orbitz, I advised people to use this helpful site.
