The absolute worst company with the most atrocious...
The absolute worst company with the most atrocious costumer service. Ive got hung up on two times, was told I would have a confirmation in my email in 48 hour and never got it and the lies still continued. I now have to go out of my way to drive to their location just to be able to talk to someone in person because every time I ask for a manager they refuse to transfer me to one ! I would rather pay $100 extra and have peace of mind than ever book with the again. A joke of a company, avoid at all costs !
