Jay in the body shop was the best part of my experience. I took my van in to have it estimated due to an accident. This dealership was said to be a part of State Farm perferred service or something along that line. I was told parts were going to be ordered, 2 days later I got a call saying I had to come in and pay for my parts because your shop doesn't take 3rd party checks which I was told was fine when I went in to get the estimate. That was a inconvenience since I had to wait longer for my parts and I do not work Or live close by the dealership.When I took my van in I was told it would take 5 days. I picked my car up on Friday was told everything was complete except the wheel that was ordered was incorrect so I'd have to come back once the correct wheel was in. Overall my van looked great drove off the lot. After 5 mins of driving my van died and smoke was coming out from under my hood. Not only was I stuck on a busy road but nothing in my van would work. I called the body shop and was told there was nothing worked on under the hood but Jay was going to come to me and see what he could do. I also called a friend to help me move my van onto a side street so I wasn't blocking traffic. Once the hood was popped my friend notice a wire was fried which was the cause of my van not working. This wire was connected to a tube that was by or connected the battery which obviously was removed when I was having worked done on my van and not put back in the correct place because of this oversight I have burn marks on parts under my hood that were not there when I took my van in. My driver side window also does not roll down properly like it did before my wreck which I believe should of been checked before I picked up my van since that was something that had to be fix from the accident. I didn't appreciate the fact that I was told nothing was worked on under the hood but clearly things were removed to have a new fender put on and that oversight has caused other damages to my van that were not present at the time of purchase. I don't believe that nothing was touched under my hood because my presets on my driver seat were reset and my clock on my dash was 30 mins behind. Overall this experience was horrendous the only thing that made my review 2 stars was Jay and his great customer service and helping me temporarily fix my van and getting me on the road again.
