My buying experience was great and they gave me what I wanted for my trade... on the other hand I have had my new car for almost 3 months and I still have not gotten my registration. I called and left messages and no response .. I emailed my salesman and finance lady .. no response. FINALLY a gal from the Chevy store called me back and has been very helpful ... I still have not received my Registration. I have called and left messages for the Manager, Rob to please call me.. no response yet. Did I received better service to get my business ? I am starting to wonder if I shouldn t of just bought locally. I do hope I do not get pulled over since my plates obviously have mot been transferred. Great buying experience ... Customer Service after the fact ... Ugh bad.. except for gal at Chevy store.
