I have been using this dealership since they were Finish Line Ford and now green I've had my car for 10 years there I had an extended warranty this last time and I went to have my car looked at I made an appointment for a loud noise and then the night before I dropped it off I had a different issue so I had it towed there to have them look at that issue I got the feeling they didn't really want to diagnose the problem they asked me how far to go look into it but for me to make a decision whether or not I wanted to pay to have it done I kind of needed to know what was wrong. the first issue was never really addressed I found out that some of the work they did was covered by a previous warranty from Ford but it had expired for my car I was a little disappointed because I have been going there with extended warranty and this issue should have been addressed a long time ago but now that my extended warranty was over i ended up paying for service that should have been covered by Ford the cap to the plug for the diagnosis was not replaced it was left out in my cup holder and I just feel like this time around I really didn't get a good service with the issues I'm having the car. now my car has a hundred and sixty five thousand miles so I know that part of it is how much are we really going to spend on that kind of mileage but I really don't want to buy a new car at this moment so I'm kind of stuck.
