I was really disappointed with my experience. When I first setup my appointment for a safety recall, whoever setup the appointment did not know a tool was needed to perform the repair and that Green did not have the tool. I happened to reschedule my appointment and the service person did inform me that they did not have the tool but said I could come and have the safety inspection performed. I setup the inspection and brought in my truck. After waiting, I was informed that Green needed another tool just to perform the inspection. This was a complete waste of my time.
