The service does not respect the settlement term (I stayed with them for 2 months with a phone in service and it WAS NOT EVEN REPAIRED). The customer relations department answers from year to year, I called 15 times without anyone answering. I made a complaint to ANPC and I am waiting for them to be sanctioned for the gross lack of respect for the client and for the law.
