I stay with a phone bought from EVOMAG in 45 days ...

I stay with a phone bought from EVOMAG in 45 days service, no warranty was made, no phone was returned by EVOMAGl. I have an entry document in service that says that the phone has no hits or other defects signed by EVOMAG and they say it is hit and no warranty is given !! SHY! EMBARRASSING! This has never happened to me.
