When you shop online, you pay to be a good customer. Only if you are unlucky and the product you bought is defective (blocked), you only have one chance to see your money back: you sign a single paper where you show that you agree to get the product checked in service and after finding out why you will receive your money back in maximum 14 days. That's the law. So, the law that obliges online merchants to receive the product in maximum 10 days and return the money immediately does not exist? I offer them my money and they do not receive the functional product, but they use my money 14 days. It's correct? Is evomag legal? I cut them off the list even if they were the only ones in Romania who had the product I was looking for.
I sent you the concrete data by e-mail Mr. evomag "guardian of service" ... I expect the miracle of solving the problem, appeared without having any guilt.
