I bought a phone and the charger in the box is for the 110v plugs. If you still market products for the Chinese market, when you post them on the site, put an informative note like: product can only be loaded at 110v. And the warranty certificate is non-existent, both in the box and in the account on the site.
It's not the first time you order, but after this sure experience is the last one. I do not answer the phone or email.
