I placed an order on the evomag. After 3 days of calling I called and I was informed that the product is not in stock and that it is trying to bring it. No concrete delivery deadline could be communicated to me, but it was clear to me that it would surely exceed one week. And all this I learned because I called. Other companies contacted me if they did not have the products on stock to ask me if I wanted to wait a longer period. It was not Evomag. And the person I talked to did not seem to be interested in my dissatisfaction or finding a solution. Their client orientation is definitely not the strong point.
