The first order went ok: slow but I got what I wanted. The next order was miserable. The item was in stock, according to their website and according to the email they sent confirming the order. After a few days my credit card was charged, which alarmed me because they had sent me no email saying the order was being processed. Emails to their sales department went unanswered and a phone call was put on eternal hold. Seven days and no idea what the status of the order is or whether anyone there is actually at work.

If you have any other possibility of getting what you want somewhere else, do it. Even if it costs more. This is outrageous.
