WOW!!!! what a beautiful house, it was eveything and more than the pictures showed, had the whole family 12 people and a dog, we was just above pool and waterfall, could hear the water from porch, had more than enough room, had one problem> We had teenagers w us, the WIFI went out!!!!!! that was a major problem for them, called the office and within a few minutes here comes AT&T to the rescue , had it up and going fast, (EVERYONE HAPPY NOW ) The hs was named ECHOES of EDEN for all to know. the office people was very nice and helpful, help with tickets to Dixiestamped.Everyone wants to return next year. Made great MEMORIES !!!!!!!! Thanks Freddie

The attitude of the cleaners as they walked in ! We were shocked and so disgraced to see the cleaning crew closing their nose as soon as they entered the house as if they entered into a morgue. They were either too ignorant of the fact that people cook and eat, although different or they were outright not trained how to behave. Either ways, this was very unprofessional and uncourteous !
The manager who handled the case was very rude & sarcastic...they called after many days we tried...and it was an unpleasant conversation...made my friend cry almost....Please try to stay away from these folks....

Laidback Lodge was just that!! Had a great time with the girls, house was wonderful. We loved all the windows and the fire pit area was great. The only thing that would have been better is bigger pots and pans. It was hard to cook for group of 8 in small pans. Won't deter us from going back though. We will just bring our own pans.

We have used Eden Crest several times in the past and have always been pleased. We are limited on our options because we need pet friendly cabins. We chose Paws Forever because the pictures made it look as if there was a good amount of grass next to the cabin for our dog to have exercise time. The pictures were deceiving because that was not the case. Inside of the cabin there were several species of bugs including wasps that had to be fished out of the upper level bathtub. The area rugs are dirty and worn. There are no batteries in the main level smoke detector. The chain lock to the front door is broken. There seems to be water damage to the nightstands. The table outside is broken. The couches in the living area were wore out and dirty with a plethora of dog hair blanketing them. So much so we didn t feel comfortable sitting on them. The hot tub cover was broken and our last full day here a pipe cracked, all of the water in the hot tub leaked out and flooded the basement leaving the lower level and the hot tub unusable. This unit is in major need of some updating. Definitely not worth the $400 a night we spent. This is not up to the standards and consistency we have experienced and come to expect from Eden Crest properties. Very disappointed. The one positive thing is that the maintenance man was very attentive and showed right away to address the hot tub issue. I would also like to say that I posted a review on the website and no one has attempted to apologize.

The words I used to describe the cabin were dirty, flooded, unusable, and broken. That is a far cry from antique or rustic.

We stayed in Poolish Behavior. Hint, Hint, "Pool"-ish. We were really looking forward to using the heated indoor pool and the hot tub. 30 ladies at a women's conference. Couldn't get into the room in the afternoon. Called maintenance and they said they would come but never did. Came back that night and finally got it open with lots of creative effort. Pool was nasty and cold and the hot tub was surrounded by ants. Maybe there was a reason we couldn't get in earlier. Roof leaked terribly during a storm.

Great space for lots of people but needs some maintenance.

November 2017, a surprise BIRTHDAY trip to Eden Crest by my family really shocked me because I had never been to the cabins before. I have to say, they picked an AWESOME place for me to go considering how I am about certain areas and linen. We was settled in a 6 LARGE, COXY bedroom, 5 bathroom house! Oh my god, 3 levels that included: a game room, Theater, and my ALL time FAVORITE, a private deck with a HOT TUB!!! I was there for 5 days and I still wasn t home sick. Eden Crest staff was hesitant to accommodate in anything concerns and if something was wrong they immediately took towards it. The view was great! We made s mores and went into town to different arcades! It was one of the best birthdays I have had. If I was to recommend any cabins for the first time, eden crest tops the list!

our stay in the Skinny Dipping cabin was perfect for our honeymoon!! we actually spent more time there than we did exploring not just because we were on our honeymoon but because it was just so cozy and warm and comfortable! We plan on returning in the future for anniversaries!

My stay at Edens Crests Rising Eagle lodge was a complete nightmare, we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights from Thursday June 21rst through Sunday June 24th. I was ravaged by bed bugs like the last meal on the first night of my stay. An exterminator was sent out the next day and tried to tell me they were wood ticks, and that they bite as well, but regardless of whatever kind of bugs that reside at rising eagle lodge, the cabin should have been throughly checked before we were allowed to stay there. My room on the upper level of the cabin was only one of 3 bedrooms that (that we know of) were infested with vicious bed bugs (or whatever you want to call them) 2 of the rooms on the lower level had these as well, and 2 of my family members had to sleep on living room furniture instead of an actual bed. If you stay at rising eagle lodge you will be eaten alive just like these photos here, unless they take precautionary measures before the next guests decide to stay there.

Great place to stay. Wonderful views of the smoky mountains. Friendly staff great customer service.

My husband and I stayed 4 days in Unforgettable the cabin was great, views was spectacular, great location close to all attractions, staff was great easy check-in and check-out. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend Eden Crest Vacation Rentals if you are looking for a great place to vacation in. This resort is a gated area the gates were always closed each time we come in and out we felt secure there. We will book this same cabin again if available for our next stay in the Mountains.

We had a excellent experience with the Eden Crest staff. The cabin was better than described. We have stay through Eden Crest several times, and always have been very happy. We had a group of very picky adults, and everyone really enjoyed the cabin. We highly recommend Eden Crest and there properties.!!!!!!!!!********

Eden Crest Vacation Rentals made booking our Honeymoon super easy. We even got a discount. The cabin was beautiful and surpassed all expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were there to celebrate my husbands Birthday and the guests we invited were very impressed with the accommodations . We will definitely be back to visit again and may make this an annual event for family and friends. Thank you for all the hospitality.

We visited in May. And once again Eden Crest Vacation Rentals you've provided a WONDERFUL stay for our church family. We have rented from you for 3 times now and every stay went beyond our expectations. The Majestic Mountain Pool Lodge is our favorite. Our church First Lady refused to stay anywhere else this year. The kids enjoyed the games and indoor swimming pool. While the adult are in awe about the mountain view and comfort of the cabin. The staff was so attentive to our needs. We asked for a broom they brought us a brand new broom and dust pan. Which was surprising. Thanks again for your service.

We booked the Serenity Mountain Pool Lodge this past weekend. Everything started out fine, the place is nice although needs some updates, plug in the kitchen island was completely hanging loose and carpet, rugs are shabby and worn. Minor things can can be overlooked, however we called about the wifi and the heat/air (heat was on constant). He fixed the heat issue but we never got wifi the whole weekend. This was a big issue since we were together as a work group and really needed wifi.Still we did not complain. Later that night however one of the women in our group literally got stuck in the downstairs bedroom's bathroom. It was not just that the door was stuck, it was the hardware/lock . we tried everything, she was in there for 45 minutes before one of the men literally pushed the door in. It was clear that this had happened previously and hand never been fixed properly, you could see where the door had been patched.
In all the commotion of the night and given the late hour we did not report the incident. In our haste to leave Sunday we neglected to mention it.
Instead of contacting us about this and discussing it we received an email and before we could respond our card had been charged. We had no problem paying for any damage, the problem lies in the fact that this had obviously been a problem before and had never been properly fixed (though Im sure they charged others for it too)
They do not provide the service they claim to and don't care about repeat business or doing the right thing. NOT worth the money.! not enough towels, horrible water pressure, not enough trash bags provided, the landscaping was littered with trash. The rental was expensive and we expected to be treated with more care and concern.

I Don't even know where to start. Are house was absolutely amazing. We had a family vacation at the majestic manor house this past week. Everyone if the family loved there rooms and had there own space. Me and my fiance loved the theater room the soundsystem made us feel as we where at the movies. Our upstairs suit was amazing with are own bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. It was very peaceful and relaxing and there wasn't any complaints from anyone. We sure will be back for are honeymoon next year. Thank you very much your staff and houses are amazing.

Great place to stay! Wonderful accommodations, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far! Can't wait to stay again!

Warning!!!! If I could rate zero I would since we never got to stay. Signed agreement last August 2018, for family reunion in June, 2019, for 92 bed resort and paying according to signed agreement. Then our reservation was canceled by Eden Crest 2 months prior advising they had double booked. As we were unable to obtain other lodging we had to cancel our reunion this year. With all the planning done and money spent, they showed no concern. Not trustworthy nor dependable. Be careful!!!!

We were sponsors of a large group of graduating seniors. The cabin was very spacious and fit our needs well. We had some issues with the wifi being really slow, but other than that, our stay was great.

Our family rented a cabin through Eden Crest Vacation Rentals in November 2017 for a family reunion. The cabin was chosen because the size would accommodate the dining requirements for those attending. There were three levels but an elevator was to provide transport between the floors. Upon arrival the first evening we found that the elevator was not working. After multiple calls to the office, someone finally came to the cabin only to tell us that they could not work on the elevator. We were told we would have to use the OUTSIDE stairs (in the dark as the lighting of the stairs had to be done from within the levels). Needless to say our first night's dinner was delayed and did not make for a great start to the weekend with family. The next morning, after two operators came to repair the elevator, we finally had access to all levels without taking outside stairs. During our stay, the elevator door came apart as it was attached only by packing tape....Yes, packing tape. In addition, we had cleanliness issues and areas needing repairs. Although we had asked for management/ownership of the cabin to contact us over the weekend to no avail, an email with photos was sent to Eden Crest Vacation Rentals on Monday following the stay. A voice message was left stating that someone would get back to us. Now, nearly 2 months later, no one has called. DO NOT USE this property management company to rent a cabin in Pigeon Forge. We did not pay a small amount for the rental and feel as if everyone should know the type of company you would be renting a property through. I ask you to take a look at these photos to see for yourself why this review is not overstating our concerns. We were extremely disappointed with our rental - It's Got It All. You will be too!

Our stay at "Amazing Grace" was perfect. It was hard to find but once we did we were extremely happy. The view was gorgeous!! With all of the beds, pull out couches, and the futon there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. We will definitely go back next year and use Eden Crest.

Very spacious and clean the amenities in the cabin keep everyone occupied from our 5 yr old and up. Will be coming back love to stay again.

Our stay was booked for Dec26 - Dec31.

This dishonest company cancelled our stay on the first night, 3 hours prior to arrival due to weather conditions, (so we were out of a place to stay) and verbally told us face-to-face and over the phone that a refund was BEING PROCESSED for that one night. After not receiving the refund 16 days later, I called the company and they proceeded to say that was a miscommunication & I will not be receiving a refund.

This company owes us $2,009.93 and they do not care!!!!!!!!!

The company claims this was "an act of god" and we should have bought the insurance. However, we did not cancel on them, they cancelled on us, so they should have insurance for this.

Other things to note:
-Most of the games were out of order
-The hot water heater did not work the first half of the stay
-We were not able to get to the cabin until 9pm Dec 27th
- 1/7 Fire places worked & it was 30 degrees outside

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Hours after we left we called and told them that we left a few personal items behind and described exactly what they were. We told them we would come back and pick them up ourselves. They told us it was the cleaning crews responsibility to return lost items to the office which they did NOT do. They are untrustworthy and stole our personal items and claimed they did not find anything inside of our air bnb which was clearly a lie.
Totally unaccommodating and were very rude on the phone.

One of the best resort place to live in Smokeys. Rental units are very clean and kept up todate with all upgrades. Amenities are best for entertainment for all ages.

As for me and my family,the visit's at Eden Crest Cabins were remarkable.We stayed at Christmas time and they have the cabins decorated so beautiful that it makes you want to stay.They will make reservations for restaurants or get tickets for a show at a discount.The cabins provide all supplies you need for the kitchen area.I will end by saying that we had to cancel after making reservations this year and they were kind enough to refund the money back.

My family has used Eden Crest multumultimes now and we love it. We've had 0 problems and live the app. Also the discounts to shows and dinners have come in handy to!!

Stayed at one of the cabins called "around the mountain". The day of checkout, I had noticed someone that pulled up to the driveway of this cabin. I was wondering who would be coming to this cabin at this time. Discovered it was the cleaning lady with some kids. I tried to tell her that we have not checked out yet, but did not understand. So, I hurried to get the remaining items and leave. I had left behind a blanket that had belonged to my dad. I called immediately to let them know that I had left it. They told me that a family had already checked in and they would have to wait until they checked out. I explained the important and the sentimental ties with this blanket. I had to make several phones calls and when they finally did responded, I was told there was not blanket there. I explained that either the housekeeper or whoever stayed there had to take it. Nothing was done and no follow up. Beautiful place to stay but very disappointed in how everything was handled.

We had a wonderful stay with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. They took care of our every need. Our rental was spotless and was very comfortable and was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Had a great stay in the mountains. John Mulligan was a great host and very accommodating. Beautiful homes, clean spaces, and a wonderful view. Can't wait to return to the Great Smokey Mountains again!

Lovely cabin with a beautiful view! Beautiful porches for viewing the fall leaves. Very clean, plenty of linens, bedding etc. We appreciate Eden Crest being so accommodating with a last minute change in cabins.

Our women s group from WV had a wonderful experience with Eden Crest Cabin rentals in the Smoky Mountains. The reservation and communication with Eden Crest made our trip very relaxed. They even have their own app. We loved our stay! Our cabin was easy to find, very clean, beautiful!! We truly had the comfort of home in a luxurious cabin. We made memories to last a lifetime. We can t wait to book again with Eden Crest!

We stayed in A Time to Remember from March 6th - March 13th. We planned a couple days by ourself before the grandkids arrived with their parents who stayed in a different cabin by themselves for a couple nights.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. It was a standard cabin in that community and we enjoyed our stay.

Beware that there is no insulation in the cabin floor upstairs. When the kids woke up and started playing, it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling which was right over the bedroom. Sleeping in was minimal. The bed was very soft as there was a memory foam topper on it. It felt like you were climbing out of bed. They definitely need a better mattress.

Issues we had:
1) Upon arrival, we checked out the hot tub because we were stiff from traveling and it was not working and was nasty, The inspector showed up about 15 minutes later and said he would get someone out there to clean it right away. Unfortunately, it was mid day the following day before they came and it had to be drained and cleaned and the water never got hot enough for us to use before the grands arrived. This was disappointing.
2)We also had a water leak under the kitchen sink. They did send someone out right away late in the evening to repair it.
3) We had an abundance or trash and called to have some do a mid week pickup as instructed and it took them until the following day to pick it up. There was no other trash receptacles that we saw so we could take it ourselves.

Eden Crest was awesome to work with in making reservations and always very helpful and courteous whenever we had questions. Cabin was just as described, very clean and felt like a true home away from home. Will definitely book future reservations through Eden Crest! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

My husband and I wanted to stay in a nice romantic cabin for our 32nd Anniversary. So with the help of the staff, we chose Around The Mountain and it was perfect! Our stay started off with pouring down rain and the wind blew the door closed while we were starting to unpack the car. Well guess what? The cabin directions, door code and alarm code were all on the same paper laying on the kitchen counter inside the cabin. And the door was the type that locks automatically when its shut. It was getting late and the office was about to close so we both start walking all around trying to get some reception on our cells and nothing! So Plan B: We get in our car and proceed driving for about 3 miles and I shouted STOP! We've got a couple of bars. Evidently the girls at the office were use to this happening because they were ready to give the code. After we got back we were putting in the code and looked at eachother and burst out laughing! He doesn't have that much hair but I looked like a Drown Rat! We propped something in the door and wrote the code inside our car for the rest of the stay. The cabin suited us well and being that we've been together since I was a freshman and him a junior in high school, we were like teenagers again. The pool table brought back the gameroom in our little hometown of Flintstone, GA. We relaxed for a chance in the hot tub and rocked in the rockers listening to the nature. Our stay will be in our memories forever and thats worth everything to me. Just the togetherness in that beautiful little cabin can make you fall in love all over again. I'd reccommend Eden Crest and their friendly staff, along with their gorgeous cabins to anyone.

Cabin layout met our multi-family needs very nicely. Staff always asked if there was something else they could help with. But, still, we had some issues. Would stay there again if issues were fixed

Front door handle malfunctioned (mechanical issue) and we got locked out. Check in instructions lacked wifi password. When we called, reps gave us the wrong password. It was the next day before IT got it straightened out. Hot tub had glass in it. Hot tub needs replaced or at least the cover. It's in bad shape.

Toaster didn't work. The said housekeeping would bring us another one that day. They never came.

The cabin was magnificent! We had a great time! the hot tub was perfect after a long day at Dollywood or just visiting all the sites. The upstairs game room was a delight especially to our kids who practically lived upstairs while we were there. The whole experience was unforgettable. I cant wait to do it again. We are thinking of spending a Christmas up in the cabins soon

I have used Eden Crest Vacation Rentals for my honeymoon and for family vacation. I am very pleased with the company. I have never had any issues or problems. I love going up there to relax. The views are breathtaking and I just cannot get enough of how awesome and roomy the cabins are. I love it!

We had such an amazing visit. Our cabin was perfect. Very clean, cozy and the view was great. We really enjoyed the pool. We will be back.

Our stay was amazing. I booked it for Rod Run. I invited my 2 high school best friends and their spouses since we don't see each other very often. The condo was plenty roomy and made us feel right at home. Will definitely book again!

We stayed at the Above it All cabin. I must say that I really enjoyed this cabin and it exceeded expectations. I, for one, am very particular when looking at cabins and I may take weeks or even months before I make a decision. This definitely was worth every penny. The place was spotless. It had two hot tubs, outdoor fireplaces on every floor and fireplace and flat screen televisions in every room. The master bedroom had a sauna in the shower and a whirlpool in two of the four bedrooms. The view was magnificent; there were no cabin roofs or cabins too close to impede the view. However, there is one thing of particular concern. Some of the fireplaces never turn off! I don t know if there is a gas leak but I kept that one bedroom open with the fireplace to let any gas escape if there was any. There is also another fireplace in the downstairs living room. Do not turn this on. The fireplace heats up enough to melt the cable box. Besides the minor issues with the fireplaces, I would definitely stay at this property again and I recommend it to others.

Would leave a negative star if I could. Washing machine was broken, no would come and bring towels and we couldn't wash the ones we had. Deadbolt wouldn't lock and the internet wouldn't stay up long enough to watch a movie in the theater room. Called to ask for more towels,,,nothing, RUDE people. I will pay double to stay somewhere else, NOT ANOTHER penny to them.

2016 will be our 6th year renting with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals. The last 2 years we have been at Cloud 9. The house is well laid out with 4 suites and an extra full bath on the main floor for extra family or friends. We always stay the 3rd week in September which seems to be the end of summer tourists and the deck is usually in need of a good cleaning but we love this house and the huge deck has room enough for everyone. Suggestions from our 2015 stay would be some new bed linens and having the deck power washed before fall tourist season. We love the location of this house and will be staying there again this September!

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so great to work with. The place we were to stay canceled our reservations without notifying us. We got here and had no place to stay. They were so helpful and patient. I will definitely use them again

Everything went very smoothly. We had never rented a cabin before, just used hotels, so this was a new experience. From calling in to make my reservation to the emails, driving directions, and calls to check that we had received the door code, everything worked as it should. We would us Eden Crest again.

I do not recommend.

1. The pool access door code was not provided for the unit. This also precluded access to movie room and 4th bedroom. I immediately called Eden Crest and they did not have it. After 30 minutes of children anxiously asking about the pool and movie room and multiple guesses at what the code was I figured it out on my own with Eden Crest never providing the answer.

2. The DVD player in my children s room did not work. I reported the issue twice to the office, and twice they reported it fixed but that was untrue.

My husband, mom, & stepdad booked cabin with EdenCrest this past March. It was called Amazing Grace & it was stunning! I unfortunately broke my foot 2 days before visiting and had to wear a fracture boot for 6 weeks but the cabin's layout was so simple and made it easy for me to get around. The layout was indeed simple but the decor was not. Everything was nice, clean, well stocked and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Not to mention the gorgeous views from the wrap around deck. This particular cabin was pet friendly as well. So my mom brought her older well behaved cocker spaniel. Even she enjoyed her stay! We only had a few minor issues. There was a slight mix up and we were given the wrong alarm code but after a quick call to the office it was sorted out. They were super friendly and helpful. The other issue was that the air hockey table didn't work but honestly it didn't matter. I don't think we would have used it anyway. The cabin had plenty of other things to keep us occupied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. It's well worth the trip from Ohio. Thanks so much for everything!

Me and my son had a nice experience at Secluded Escapes cabin. It was peaceful and beautiful. I loved the additions of the hot tub and fire pit. Also, having a washer/dryer comes in handy. The full kitchen is a great bonus. I loved waking up every morning and cooking breakfast. The communication is great. There is also an Alexa installed and of course WIFI. The beds were comfy and cozy. The place was decorated for Christmas which was nice! Even had a Christmas tree!

upon our arrival we open the door to our cabin and there was a family sitting on the couch. We called the rental company and they offered us a bigger cabin but it wouldn't be ready until our second day so they put us in a condo for the night. our second day comes and they tell us the new house is no longer available and that we can no longer stay at our condo. 600 miles away from home we have no where to stay because of this company's piss poor planning and horrible customer service. My advice would be to sleep in your car on vacation before you rely on this company for a place to stay!

i think it is very unfair to kick another family out of their place, but it's no different than what you did to our family. There's plenty of other options you could of done for us than offer us a house without hot water in 20 degree weather for a week, or offer us to move our 10 person family every night for the week of our trip. This is not a problem we should have when it was booked three months in advance. We thankfully had a great amount of help from another hotel to try and find us somewhere to stay the rest of the week, no thanks to Eden Crest who were the ones who screwed us from the start. They have ruined our family vacation and left my family of 10 with no where to stay and seemed it was the least bit of their worries. We will never use this company again and also urge our friends not to as well!

We stayed at Edencrest properties over Labor day weekend. When we arrived, there was a dirty diaper at the front door!!! There were HUGE spider's and spider webs off the back deck and what made me write this review is the fact our stove-top and oven did not work!!! We did not know this until the next morning when we were trying to cook breakfast. We called the desk and they said it would take at least 2 hours to get a repairman there. We had a full day planned and did not want to wait for the repairman to come so we said he could just come the next day. Finally he arrived at 11:30 am on the day we were leaving! They would not reimburse us for any of our food expenses and we had a party of 6! We had already purchased food. The manager was unavailable all weekend on one of the busiest weekends for their business!! When I finally got ahold of her,she was very defensive and did not even bother to appologize. She said all they would do is give us $25.00 toward a future stay! A future stay? I don't think so!!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing! This cabin met and exceeded any and all expectations our family had before this trip! I was a little concerned due to previous reviews, however the pool was awesome, the theater room was incredible, the arcade games and the loft were fabulous! Everything was in working order and made our stay more than comfortable. We stayed with our five grown children, two elementary aged children and three grandchildren. We planned menus and shopped beforehand and the kitchen made it a breeze to cook for and feed all of us. The dining room table allowed us all to sit together whether for our massive meals or card and board games in the evenings. We had a most wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!!

Loved this little cottage nice yard and direct access to fishing right off your on patio the inside of the cabin is absolutely Perfect!! We love it and will be back!

We were very disappointed in Eden Crest and their customer service. I was up front about wanting to take a vacation with my wife and dogs and wanting to take dogs on trails hiking. I was told we could when we could not. I was made a lot of promises that never panned out. All they want to do is get you in their expensive cabins.. Cabins are nice but too close and not remote or secluded, as promised. The ladies on the phone are very friendly, but not knowledgeable at all. When I asked for some consideration I was told too pound sand.. HORRIBLE deal.. we drove 700 miles, stayed two nights and left early.. VERY DISAPPOINTING

We stayed at an Eden Crest Vacation Rental in July of 2016 and our family all agreed it was the best vacation ever! We stayed in a cabin called Southern Hospitality, directly across from the pool. The cabin was very clean, absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We plan to go to TN again this year and book through Eden Crest again. We will never again stay at a hotel after experiencing the comfort of a cabin. Best of all was after a busy day of activities coming back and relaxing on our porch in the hot tub!! Plus having privacy, and the peace and quiet of nature around us...priceless! Eden Crest provided us a truly memorable vacation!!

June 2016 my family reunion was held at Bear Creek Crossing resort. We rented three cabins, and we were all delighted with our experience.
This is our second adventure there, traveling from Michigan, Ohio, Alabama, North Carolina. We highly recommend Eden Crest rentals.

We had a 6 cabin property with eden crest no electricity in one of the bedrooms so we lost a bedroom on top of that we had to wait for repair men and electricians to come everyday of our vacation was never fixed and having to rearrange vacation was never compensated and ignored by Eden Crest. Couldn t fix it while their but magically fixed it the day we left also all that was asked was the difference in price of a 6 bedroom from a 5 since we lost a bedroom and they call that unreasonable not a small time help you out company a greedy large vacation rentals property don t rent from them please. Also their team put my family in danger by violating safety codes and putting in a regular breaker instead of one that is regulated by the county to protect from fire. Just know that their response is a scam and have refused to work with me or my brother in law in giving us a more than fair compensation of the difference of a bedroom I asked not more than that and they try to make it out like I wanted my whole vacation refunded such scam artist is that of Eden Crest Property. Don t just believe me look at the other 1 star reviews and you ll truly get a sense of this companies true nature not the 4.2 stars but the 2.0 on Yelp and Travelocity. Or all the complaints filed with BBB.

The cabins are the best like a little bit of heven in the woods

We stayed at inspiration point over the weekend. It was a nice cabin. But the website says it has a jacuzzi tub. It DOES NOT! also they are stacked cabins. One below and one on top of you. The hot tub also stopped working so only got to use it once. We told them about it and they could've offered a discount in the future or something but didn't. Didn't even apologize about it. So it was kinda disappointing.

PLEASE READ if you are unsure about any part of your vacation plans, this is not the site for you. 60 day cancellation policies can really leave you hanging. Tried to cancel a week after we made the reservation, weeks before the trip and we were not able to be compensated with anything. Would hate to see this happen to someone else.

WE WERE IN THE CABIN WILD ADVENTURES IN DECEMBER 2017, WE SPENT A WONDERFUL DAYS, THE CABIN WAS VERY CLEAN, WITH EVERYTHING TO COOK A GOOD ROAST, THE BED IS VERY COMFORTABLE, THE SPACE WIDE AND SUPER LARGE. WHEN WE ARRIVED, WE DID NOT FIND THE CABIN AND CALLED THE OFFICE AND HELPED US TO FIND IT, IT WAS 9.00 PM. I RECOMMEND YOU 100% THAT YOU VISIT EDEN CREST AND YOU WILL HAVE A BEAUTIFUL VACATION

We absolutely love Eden Crest! Caseys Cabin is our favorite. We have used them numerous times and every trip has been the same. Amazing Cabins. Always such wonderfully delightful and helpful staff. Makes you feel like your right at home and talking with friends you have know forever. We will continue to use Edens Crest for our future trips.

If you want a great place to stay Eden Crest Rentals are the people you want to talk to. Great people, friendly people and very helpful. Nothing like staying in the Great Smokey Mountains.

Probably the absolute worst place you could rent a vacation home from. These people pride themselves on stealing as much of your information and money as possible.

Had a great time and stay at the Big Pine Lodge. We stayed 6 nights, 4 families stayed in the house and was spacious enough. My only complaint is we had to replenish our our paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex and soaps. We are use to the place stocking paper products and shampoo, conditioner and soaps for body, dishwasher and dish soap.

Hi, this is Angela Wells. I want to start off by saying if a family person,or persons were to rent a cabin in pigeon forge u definitely need to go with Eden Crest. My family and friends and I all more than enjoyed our stay and beautiful view at cabin " Off the Clock". It is a 3 level cabin with an upper and lower wrap around porch with a great game room for the kids. It is a 4 bedroom,3 1/2 bath. It has a hot tub and Jacuzzi for relaxation. It was very peaceful, neat, and clean. All neighbors were very respectful and quiet. It was an awesome experience we will definitely rent from Eden Crest soon again and so should you. If you want a nice, clean cabin, don't rent from this company. They called us the day before check-in and said the cabin we rented would not be available, but they had another cabin that is even bigger that they could give us for the same price, so we agreed, trusting they were telling the truth. My mistake.

1) After I signed the new contract (I know, shame on me for not checking first), I found the second cabin was cheaper, but they charged us the same. When I contacted them about it, I was told they don't "think " there will be an issue refunding us, but there is nothing that can be done now because upper management won't be back until Monday.

2) When we arrives at the cabin, we quickly realized that it ia definitely not comparable to the cabin we reserved.

3) The hot tub lid wasn't even on the hot tub, and it is full of bugs.

4) There are spider webs and spiders in a lot of corners.

5) There are bugs all over the floor as well as dirt.

6) The furniture is filthy.

7) I was told the cleaners would be back to take care of the issues, no show.

8) I called and asked what could be done. Could they put us in a different cabin? No, nothing is available. Will they refund us so we can go find something else? Nobody there can make that decision.

Now, the upper management won"t be back until Tuesday, so we are stuck .

Spending almost $3000., and we can't even let our grandbaby get down on the floor to play.

Thank you, Eden Crest . Your lack of customer service has ruined our vacation.

Update: someone came to clean the following day. She was very nice, and addressed our concerns. She couldn't believe how bad the floors were. She also had to completely drain the hot tub. In addition to just not being cleaned, the cabin is just in poor, worn out condition.

Update: Refund was received today. In response to whoever responded earlier, yes, cleaning was the major issue. Wear and tear is one thing. Bugs and dirt all over the floor is different. Addressing "immediately" is not the following day. I was told the head cleaner was notified and would send the cleaners right back. I called, and asked via text three times with absolutely no response. Check your facts before accusing me of being wrong . They also knew the price was different within 10 minutes of having me sign the new document because I called and told her, and she verified it.

We loved the Mountain View Condos! The 3 bedroom condos are very spacious and clean! We can't wait to stay again!

We rented the 4 bedroom cabin (Apalachian lookout) the cabin was amazing. We to bring the kids and grandkids , our son n law was being deployed this April and we thought it would b a good trip for him , his wife and girls before he left for this scary deployment. And it turned out to b the best trip to Tennessee we had ever had. They were amazed by the cabin and the beautiful view. We had rented the cabin from January 2-Jan 7 but it ended up snowin alot and we were stuck on the mountain, which everyone was even more excited bc they were able to stay another night and play n the snow. We had such a great time that we decided to make it a yearly event but we decided to take our 2017 Tennessee in the spring. I have only been there once n the spring and with us bringing the kids I just think they would enjoy it more and we can use more of the resort activities.
The cabin and the view was stunning and our kids and grandkids r still thanking us for that trip.
I would love to win a couple nights stay in one of ya'll cabins , that would b a great welcome home trip for when our son n law returns home in Jan 2018.

We have always used Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, their cabins are always very clean and well kept. The employees are friendly and very helpful. We vacation in the Pigeon Forge area twice a year and never have an issue. So we highly recommend using this company.

We had two issues with our cabin when we got there. The theater TV didn't work and hot water only worked in one of the 4 bathrooms . I called and let them know, was told I would get a call back and nothing. They sent someone out who came in the cabin while we were gone. I ha no clue he was even coming which I did not like at all!! And all he did was look at the TV. I called at check out time to discuss why I never got a phone call about our water. The lady said a manager would call back and nothing! It was my wedding weekend and since the hot water only worked in one bathroom we were sharing a bathroom with 15 other guests. Really disappointed in this rental agency!!

My boyfriend and I visit the Smokey's at least once a year (sometimes more) because we love it so much! Eden Crest has a way of making every trip feel extra special while visiting. Not to mention, the exclusive show tickets and other deals they offer when booking through them. Wouldn't want to put our vacation in anyone else's hands!

We loved our cabin stay. The place was just as advertised. It was clean, had everything we needed and was a beautiful, relaxing getaway!

Great cabin for our large youth group! Even had some bear visitors 1st night.

I stayed at the "About Time" cabin this weekend, and while we had a good time and the cabin was okay, I must say the pictures online are very, very deceiving. We were under the impression that the cabin was secluded, when we arrived the first thing I noticed was how close the cabins were. There was a cabin to our right about 100 feet away, and another cabin maybe 50 feet behind us. The Cabin also very, very dusty, our grill did not work, one of the toilets was clogged, our dishwasher overflowed the first night. The shower pressure in one room is so intense i thought it was going to rip my skin off, but so weak in another room it took 5 minutes to rinse shampoo out of my hair. Oh, and the giant soaker tubs in the suites are pointless because there's not enough hot water in the tiny water heater to fill them. That being said, the cabin was very charming, just a bit over priced. Final note- the horseshoe pit and pool are about a quarter of a mile away, not right behind the cabin as we were told, and the main strip of attractions is about 10 minutes away.

Our family rented a cabin with Eden Crest to celebrate our parents' 50th Anniversary and we had a wonderful experience all the way from the booking to the departure! Excellent customer service, excellent cabin, excellent views!! A great time was had by all!

Me and my husband got married in the cabin . It was a small wedding with friends and family. The cabin was spacious and we loved that there was a pool inside. We will be back very soon.

There was an issue with the cabin we rented, and Eden Crest contacted us and offered us an upgrade. The new cabin was very clean with no issues. The location was perfect. We were five minutes from Dollywood. I would definitely recommend Eden Crest and I would rent from them again next time.

unit we stayed at could have been cleaner. Chaise lounger in bedroom was broken, light bulbs blown in a few fixture. I called maintenance and someone was suppose to come and repair and correct problems, they never showed up. So I went to store and bought light bulbs myself. Another thing was that you had to drive a few miles to get wristbands for pool use. With traffic that took almost hour and half when they could have been easily left in room or have a pick-up box for tenants.

The cabin was awesome and the Staff took great care of us. Highly recommend Eden Crest for your cabin rentals.

Good: very nice cabin, comfortable, quite and relaxing with the sound of cascades of your porch.

Bad: No Keurig coffee maker or filters for regular coffee maker. Most of all these cabins are not cabins in the woods. They are in a fully developed residential setting on top of each other with concrete and asphalt. Also there is not a single flat place to unload a motorcycle from a trailer. Parking is steep and hilly.

We stayed in a cabin that accommodated 28 people and had enough room for all of the 24 who attended the "Cousincation Weekend". It was a weekend to remember. The large tables in the dining area were perfect for eating, drinking, card playing, chatting or just sitting there admiring the scenery on the outside. The game room on the ground floor left us with enough room to have a dance party on Saturday night and poker up on the main floor. We grilled, we ate, we drank, we danced, we shot pool, we played games, we sat out on the deck, we watched old home movies from previous "cousincation weekends", we slept, but most of all we laughed the entire weekend. It was a perfect weekend and one that EVERYONE is still talking about. No one wanted to leave! Thanks Eden Crest for providing such a memorable weekend for the family. We are already planning our next year's event and because the pictures taken for the weekend showed how much fun we had, we have extended family members asking to join in the fun next year. THANKS for the memories!

I had such a good time! The cabins are super clean. Beautiful views!!! The bedrooms were decorated cute. The hot tub was perfect! I would come back here and I highly recommend.

We stayed in playhouse cinema cabin. We had 10 people had plenty if room. Cabin itself was nice. BUT received message at 430 est cabin was ready. When we got there had to wait 20 + minutes on porch. We had 6 towels and 4 wash clothes to start out with; NO WiFi at all, no phone service for cell phones and no house phone. Once in awhile when we got signal for a minute, I called to let them know. Someone was suppose to call back NO SERVICE had to call next day in afternoon. No house phone provided, magic jack never showed up as they said. Did not get to use any tickets that were provided because we had no cell service. Shower curtain rod was NOT stable, sewer smell was almost everyday in the morning, no quiet time because of construction around us, hot tub was NOT private. Need new bathtubs very stained in bottom as well as new shower curtains. They were stained and yellow on bottom. Found food containers under couch in game room. Lot more to complain about. Was offered 15% off our next time renting a cabin. First time renters but will probably find other place to stay. Shame it was a nice cabin. At this point not worth the million dollar sell price

We stayed for three nights we had roaches took pictures it was on our food and the tub up stairs had dirt in the jets and we didn't have enough towels I was told to was our towels that we had a washer and dryer down stairs when we did try to the dryer did not work when you go on vacation u shouldn't have to worry about roaches and not enough towels and when you got up from sleeping in there bed you did not smell very good and when I Tryed to tell them about it they told me that had a bug man to come out to check the roachs out that they didn't have any when we had to kill about 4 of them and left it on there counter tops and I sent them pics of the roaches that was on the food that we bought and they still did nothing said they didn't have done this was the worst cabin that we stayed in out of 5 years never again
