We stayed in the Skinny Dipping Cabin. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the we really enjoyed staying there. HOWEVER, the first evening there, we got to the cabin and our door code would not work. We tried multiple times and then called for help. The customer service was friendly the first time and sent maintance. We waited only a few minutes and he was there. He also tried the code numerous times with nothing, then tried his master code and it worked!! So clearly the code was not working. I called and explained that the code just needed changing and then they decided to argue about how that has always been the code and blah blah blah!! Well, I explained that his worked so....then they told him he needed to check the batteries!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we then had to stand there and watch him do something that made no sense and wasted all of our time!! So the batteries were fine, he has to call his supervisor and then they called the CS office yet again, they finally changed the code and guess what?? IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we wasted a couple hours of our time doing this for absolutely no reason!! And even after it worked, I never got a follow up call or an apology or anything else. I work in the travel industry and if I thought for a moment my customers were treated this way I would be highly upset and would have at least contacted them to smooth things over.
