Met this AM with Jack to get an estimate. He was very friendly and provided a good overview of options and educated me on the technical aspects of furnace. He did proper analysis by measuring the house and identifying the right btu. Definitely like his approach. He was so patient that he waited for me to finish my work related call in between. Great service. Furnace went out on a Saturday morning when the high was 0F...because when else would a furnace break?
I called a few places and Pronto was the only one with actual staff that answered the phone and was available 24/7. There was a weekend surcharge, but Pronto was very transparent about that.
The service rep was able to come out the same day and recommended the parts that needed replacing and associates cost. He also told me the cost of other components likely to fail next, and also the cost of replacing the furnace altogether.
I opted to go with the new furnace, but it wasn t available until Monday which was fine. The installation took about 6-7 hours, but the crew was very professional and quiet throughout the process. I think they could normally do the job quicker, but my furnace is packed into the corner of a closet. I was pleased with the timing.
Recommendation for Pronto: Maybe consider offering customers a temporary space heater they can use if they have opted to purchase a furnace but have to wait a day or two for install. I don t know if this is feasible, just a thought.

A fine example of the quality we have always experiences with Pronto A/C. This is also why we recommend Pronto whenever we have the chance.

I bought a new high efficiency furnace, a/c, and water heater. The Salesman was knowledgeable and helped me make the best choice for my situation. I was very impressed with the install crew. They went above and beyond to ensure my furnace and water heater worked great. I purchased the a/c and will be having my a/c installed in the spring so I can adjust the landscaping. The 10 year parts and labor warranty will help me sleep at night.

I am a Realtor for RE/MAX Results in Edina. I sold 6318 McIntyre Pt in Edina and we were less than a week from closing when the huge hot water heater which also handled the in-floor hot water heat too started leaking. Pronto was out the next day and had everything pulled together for replacing the heater with a much more efficient one that afternoon. Their employees were fantastic and the service was a 10 +++. Pronto came out this morning and performed a furnace tune up. Christmas came out and went through his checklist. Once completed he shared the detailed health of our Heating system. Dealing with lazy HVAC companies for so long and they're unresponsiveness, I had to find another company that did a solid job for a good value. Pronto is so great with scheduling and they came on time, and actually early which is not usual! They gave me honest opinions on what kind of work needed to be done to our heater that was having short cycling issues and everything is great now!
Had our furnace go out on a Tuesday and after coming home from work on a Thursday I have a brand new furnace and accessories thanks to Pronto. There is no question that our experience with Pronto, and Jesse in particular, rates six stars on a scale of 1 5. We lost our air-conditioning and were hoping to get someone just there to check it within 24 36 hours since one of the people in our household has problems with excess heat. None of the five companies that we contacted were willing or able to bend their schedule so that they could come within a 24 hour time period. However, The folks at Pronto were willing to go the extra mile and made it later that night. Jesse showed up after 8 PM, with his two children at home by the way, and was friendly, efficient, a great diagnostician, found an unexpected problem and corrected it and we were back to functioning on the same day as our call, when we thought that we would be looking at a week long process of having to buy and install a completely new air conditioner. We are astonished and delighted with Pronto s professional and friendly over the phone analysis, their willingness to help people even though it was an obvious stress on their schedule and workers, and Jesse who was a model of great worker being personable, well trained, knowledgeable, efficient but at the same time meticulously methodical, and in addition was respectful of us being older people with a small hardwood floor condo, and happily wore a mask and booties. Hooray for the Pronto team!

They rearranged a few schedules to get someone out that morning. The tech was very helpful and professional! I was very pleased with their work and transparency. I will use them again!

We had a repair plan with another HVAC company and received an outrageous bid ($43k) from them to replace both furnaces & ac units.
We called Pronto for a 2nd opinion. They came out and suggested to replace one and have the other inspected by their tech. After inspection they determined all we needed was a capacitor. We ended up replacing one unit and repairing the other for a quarter of the price the other HVAC company. Sales, service & install guys were great nd they did not try to sell me a service plan. Will use them in the future.

My tech, Robby, was fantastic. He was punctual and friendly; as well as, quite knowledgable. He explained the problem and the fix to me simply and in layman's terms. Robby was quick and thorough. Although, I hope to not need Pronto anytime again soon, I will ask for Robby to be my tech in the future.
Also, the company texted me the name and photo of who would be coming. Especially since I was home alone, this made me feel much safer opening my home up to a stranger. That's a great addition to their service.

On one of the hottest days of the year we needed our AC repaired, (naturally). I called Pronto on a Sunday evening and received a call immediately on Monday morning. I received an appointment time and from that point was specifically engaged with email confirmations and a very friendly reminder prior to a call before Ben was to arrive. The entire process was extremely professional. The technician, Ben arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, described the repaire and answered my questions prior to completing the work. I am totally impressed!
Dan came out to perform a diagnostic on my furnace that wouldn t start. He was very respectful and friendly. He answered all my questions without any hesitation and welcomed any other questions from other family members. We called Friday evening when our water cooler blew and Monday morning their trucks pulled up with a new unit. Install team was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They came during a terrible snow storm and even shoved the walk to lesson potential snow being tracked in. They put down plastic and tarp to keep entire area remained clean and Clean up was spotless. On a 90 degree Friday, after 5PM, our AC stopped working. When I called Pronto, the representative immediately scheduled us for a Saturday morning service call. Not only did Peter arrive on time and fix the issue, but had stopped to pick up a capacitor on his way because he was out of that part and thought it might be the problem, which it was. His proactive approach saved us from what would have been a miserably hot weekend! Pronto Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations.

My real name is Nick V., this is the only Google account I have. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I made a call to Pronto about our AC not being as cool as it should be, and it's a new system Pronto installed five years ago. I found out that I had happened to call right at the end of the warranty, with less than a week left. They sent Logan out, he put some dye in the line to find a leak. A few weeks later in a follow up visit, he checked the line for leaks and found that the coil was defective and leaking. The coil is a principle part and very expensive. I was assuming that because the work was taking place after the warranty had expired, we'd have to pay. I WAS WRONG!!! Pronto took the high road and said that they'd order the part, send two employees to spend 3 to 4 hours replacing it, and it was ALL COVERED under our warranty!!! We are super grateful, because they could have charged us due to the time frame, but decided to honor that I contacted them before the warranty expired. This is no small thing, and anytime anyone asks about AC systems and work, I am immediately and adamantly recommending Pronto. Ten out of five stars! :) And Logan was super professional and friendly!!! Addendum: there was a final visit to reinstall a coil, and Robby was there. He was cool as well! Addendum: another visit, this time Keith, very nice and helpful!

Brian did a great job with the maintenance of the furnace and talked to me about the settings for the humidifier. He also recommended the UV Air Purifier to prevent mold, bacteria and viruses. I have asthma and allergies so am hoping this will help us be healthier, thank you Brian !
