Met this AM with Jack to get an estimate. He was very friendly and provided a good overview of options and educated me on the technical aspects of furnace. He did proper analysis by measuring the house and identifying the right btu. Definitely like his approach. He was so patient that he waited for me to finish my work related call in between.
