We had a repair plan with another HVAC company and received an outrageous bid ($43k) from them to replace both furnaces & ac units.
We called Pronto for a 2nd opinion. They came out and suggested to replace one and have the other inspected by their tech. After inspection they determined all we needed was a capacitor. We ended up replacing one unit and repairing the other for a quarter of the price the other HVAC company. Sales, service & install guys were great nd they did not try to sell me a service plan. Will use them in the future.
