I always have a great experience with Pronto. (I have had them install a furnace, a water heater, and a garage heater.) Always right on time, friendly, helpful, and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend them!

Pronto has always been available for me on short notice and done an excellent job diagnosing issues, walking me through options, and overall providing a lot of expertise that helps me to find the best course of action with my furnace. They charge by the trip rather than the hour, which might mean they end up being more expensive than a competitor if it's a simple issue to fix, but I appreciate the extra time they spend walking me through what to expect going forward, and they're often willing to come back if there's near-term follow-up needed, no charge.

When Ben was running late, Pronto informed me of the delay. During my service call, Ben was very professional and informative. Communicated clearly. Well done! I decided to get the service plan because I was impressed with the quality of his work.

Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed my furnace quickly. The office staff was also helpful and friendly, and let me know when Chris was on his way and when he d arrive. My furnace went out overnight, I called Pronto at 8:30am on a Saturday, and Chris was at my house by 10:30am. I m extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received from Chris and Pronto.

Overall a good experience. The furnace cleaning went well and the person was great at answering all our questions.

We decided to get a humidifier fixed, which required a new thermostat. On the first appointment they sent the wrong thermostat so we had to set up another appointment.

I recently purchased a new Evolution furnace and an Evolution air purifier from Pronto. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from the technician I worked with as well as the sales person. I had previously worked with a different company for my heating and cooling needs and Pronto was much much better. They were less pushy and provided more detail when explaining the problem, as well as giving me a variety of solutions.

They did an excellent job explaining the pros and cons of each product, and the installation was done perfectly in one day. The Evolution system I purchased came with the Wifi Connex system which can be controlled remotely with a mobile app for my phone. Having the ability to control my home's temperature while away has been a wonderful.

Very fast response for undetermined furnace issue. All issues resolved at a minimum cost.
