Keith did a great job of explaining how my cooling system works and when I need to contact Pronto for follow-up work. It's refreshing to have a service person come out and say "there's no need to do anything now, but if < etc > happens, give us a call". He was pleasant, courteous, and well-informed. Pronto will continue to get my business!
