Absolutely AMAZING service!!! First of all, from the time I initially called to the time of repair it was an unbelievable three hours until my house was cooled again and well on its way to meat locker temp! Joe was incredible. So kind, and knowledgable. He had to go 20 mins one way to get a part and was back super fast and had the new part in in mere minutes. He was kind and professional and knows his business. Everyone on the phone was super kind as well and even got me in an hour sooner than the appt. Thank you so much, Pronto! You are a GODSEND to a woman with chronic Lyme disease who gets very sick in heat! <3

Great service! My HVAC stop working so I called a few companies. Some had open times in a week, and others were more interested in making it clear their expensive emergency fees. With Pronto the process was easy! I filled the application on line, received a confirmation email and a call in minutes. The agent was very understanding and asked about my HVAC age, brand and even gave me some basic troubleshooting. Their service fee was better than others and in a few hours they came to my house and fixed it! I'm a very happy customer!

Pronto team is very professional . When an appointment is scheduled you receive s confirmation email . If the tech was running later than appointed time , they contact you with updates .Service Tech Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and friendly . Good experience.

We had a geothermal installed 9 years ago by another company that no longer installs or even services geothermal units. It wasn't easy to find a company that would service, but Pronto has a technician Jesse that has expertise in the units. He was able to diagnose a leak, find the leak and then repair it, along with evacuating and refilling the system with refrigerant.

This company is awesome! They come in less than 40 min after I call. The technician is very friendly and professional. He figured out the problem with our furnace and fix the problem within an hour. Can't ask for better experience than this!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Andrew came out on a Sunday - courteous and competent. Identified a leak and fixed it and recharged our system. I am anticipating it will fix the problem, but if not he assured me they would come out and look at it again. Thanks Andrew!

Chris did a great job helping us with our Bryant Connex thermostat. He was great at answering all of my questions and got the system working again. He was on time, professional and had the office follow up with us. We had the modulating furnace and 5 stage AC installed in Feb. 2019 and are very happy with them and have seen a savings on our gas and electric bills each month.

Our A/C went out during one of our super hot and humid weeks. I called Pronto after calling several other companies that could not fit me in or were charging a service fee + mileage. SO HAPPY I CALLED!! Keith came out and looked at my old system (18 years) and we discussed options for fixing and replacing. I chose replacing. The next morning not only did the install show up on time, they were a few minutes early. Joe and Eli were absolutely fantastic. They did a great job explaining every step of installing the new A/C, and answered all of my questions. The area outside where the old unit was, was left to look like nothing had been in that spot and the furnace area in the house was left cleaner than when they had arrived. I highly recommend Pronto and am having them come out to service the furnace and help with some plumbing issues.

Jeff is a legend!! After ordering parts, Jeff was back within a day and a half to fit them. It was a little tricky but nothing he couldn t solve - so so pleased with his service. Fantastic problem solver, especially when things get frustrating. So pleased to have AC again!! Really impressed with Jeff s knowledge with Bryant / Carrier systems, hands on approach, and willingness to fix even the trickiest/challenging of jobs. I signed up for a maintenance plan - so pleased to have Pronto on board!!

I called Pronto based on a recommendation from a friend after we ve been struggling for a while with issues with our Carrier Infinity HVAC. We d already a few people come out over the last few months, there wasn t much progress with diagnosing or fixing any of the issues. Jeff from Pronto came out today and we have a diagnosis and a plan of action. Genuinely could not be happier or have more faith in a technician, he was personable, professional, explained everything he was doing as he ran the diagnostics tests and explained his plan of action. It s an expensive repair but Jeff was the first technician that made me feel confident that our plan was best way forward. Also, he was great with my big, loud and anxious rescue pup. I was very impressed with the service provided. A burning smell started to fill my house, coming from the heat vents. I turned off the heat & called Pronto. (at 8:00PM !)
Gigi got a technician to come out the next morning at 7:00 AM. Though my furnace is 17 years old, I chose replacing an expensive part over buying a new furnace. Peter was friendly and professional and did a great job in a short time. I'm very grateful.

Have you ever had that panic moment when you are at a loss for words and you don t know what to do? Well I had that moment last night. I had a gas leak in my basement and my gas got turned off, not to mention it was 25 degrees outside! Well I called Pronto and within 25 minutes Keith was at my Home fixing my problem at 10:00pm on a Wednesday night. To say I got outstanding service is an understatement, not only did he fix my gas leaks but he answered all my questions and waited until the gas got turned back on to leave just to be sure everything would be okay! Thank you Keith! This women cannot thank you enough for your service and for making me feel at ease!

Fast, friendly and professional service! Previously we used another home-service company until our a/c went out on one of the hottest days of the year. When that other home-service company said they could be at our home in 10 days, we called Pronto STAT. They were at our home within a couple of hours and we were back in a/c comfort the same day. That won us over and now we use Pronto regularly, every spring and fall. Not only do they do a great job, but they're truly there when you really need them.

I had my boiler go out the same week we had a big cold snap here in Minneapolis, and my main level got down to 53 degrees inside the house!
RECOMMENDED: I called Pronto based on a recommendation from other home owners in my neighborhood.
GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE: The phone operator was polite and helpful, and had a service technician sent to my house the same day- within 6 hours of when I called!
ON TIME:The technician came to the house within the two-hour arrival window the operator gave me.
RESPECTFUL: The technician wore protective booties even though my carpet is garbage, and was polite and respectful the whole time he was here.
PROFESSIONAL: He assessed my entire system, from the thermostat down to the boiler, and pointed out a few things that weren't the problem this time, but could cause a problem in the future. He found the problem, explained what it was (bad wiring) and fixed it right away.
FAST: I had heat again within 20 minutes of the technician checking out my system!
EASY: Payment was easily made on a tablet, using my credit card, right there in my living room.
AFFORDABLE: There was a base-cost for the visit itself which was well within the range of estimations I had seen from other companies online. The cost of the repair reflected the amount of work the technician did- it was easy, so the cost was low.
FOLLOW-UP: I immediately received a confirmation email for my payment, and a few days later received a follow-up email from Pronto assuring me that if I had any problems or questions about my service, to contact them right away.

I had an emergency heating problem, and Pronto fixed it for me right away at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend their service.

After eight failed attempts by Center Point Energy Home Service Plus to fix our air conditioner, Pronto came out within an hour of my phone call, found the problem and recommend a couple of options. Our furnace was 31 years old, and the a/c unit 13. It was time to replace. We had Kurt Mellow come out and give us his recommendations on what we should do, what to buy and how to go about doing it. He was extremely nice to deal with. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Our installers Kevin and his helper Eli were extremely knowledgable and made quick work of the Bryant Evolution furnace and air conditioner we purchused. I would 100% recommend Pronto for any hvac needs. From the call center, to Kurt Mellow in sales, and the two installers, everything went extremely well and I can't imagine it going any better. We had some issues with financing, and they were more then willing to work with us, which we are extremely grateful of. Pronto has integrity at heart. We had it serviced Monday; talked to a sales rep Tuesday and had the new furnace (which is a quality product) installed on Friday. I like how they take care of the rebates for you and they offered space heaters in the interim time before the new furnace is installed. Great attention to detail!

I had a person came and fix the issue and it was working with in minutes. It was a bit expensive for the repair but since our system was so old we decided to replace it and they discounted the repair cost of the replacement cost.
